Forte dei Marmi: soggiorni in ville vacanze

Wir waren mit unseren 3 Kindern bei Marco zu Gast und es war super erholsam und vor allem wegen des fantastischen Pools ein besonders schöner Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, der Garten ist groß. Die Gegend ist sehr abwechslungsreich und wunderschön, die Lage ist super. Der Supermarkt ist fußläufig, der kleine Ortskern sehr gemütlich und typisch.zum Strand fährt man 5 Minuten. Marco ist ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber.

The Airbnb was just what we needed. We needed to bridge staying more in the countryside with a place that was close to Tunnera for a day trip as well as Pisa and Lucca. Our two nights here were very peaceful. The apartment was very clean and it was decorated so nicely with touches that made it feel like home and some artistic warmth. We had kids and it was also very well suited/safe for kids under 10.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and just a short walk from the sea. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub bei Claudia. Das Haus und der Pool sind tatsächlich deutlich schöner als auf den Bildern zu sehen. Es ist genug Platz und der Garten und Pool sind Blickdicht. Es gibt einen Hund der abends etwas jault, was bei uns eher zu Belustigung geführt hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr sehr freundlich Gastgeber waren über Preis Leistungs Verhältnis hin und weg, alles ist da es fehlt wirklich an nix in diesem Haus. Vermieterin hat immer ne Info gegeben wenn was in der Stadt stattgefunden hat. Also eigentlich braucht man Nix mitnehmen außer Badehose ein Fahrrad oder e Scooter um die Gegend zu erkundigen und das war’s sehr begeistert von dieser Anlage! Waren sehr sehr sehr zufrieden mit unserem Urlaub hier! Riesen Dank an Annalisa und Sergio bis zum nächsten Wiedersehen und alles gute euch !

Abbiamo passato una magnifica settimana nella casa di Vincenzo. Eravamo 2 famiglie con bambini (5 in totale). Gli spazi in casa sono stati perfetti per accogliere tutti. La posizione, a 15 minuti di auto dalle spiagge di Lido di Camaiore e a 35 minuti dalla bellissima Lucca, si è rivelata perfetta. Fuori dal caos, immersi nel verde e nella tranquillità. Vincenzo poi è un super host! Amichevole e disponibile. Assolutamente consigliato.

Marco ist der perfekte Gastgeber, wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist perfekt, es fehlt an nichts und ich habe noch nie so einen netter und zuvorkommenden Gastgeber kennengelernt.

Tout était parfait. Les voisins ont été charmants et serviables tout au long du séjour. Ils sont là si vous avez besoin d’aide et sont très discrets ce qui permet aux vacanciers de se sentir vraiment chez eux. La piscine est vraiment géniale grande propre et nettoyer chaque jour. Vraiment nous recommandons cette belle propriété pour des vacances en famille. Merci à Anto et ses voisins 😊

We had a lovely time at Giorgia place! The views were stunning and tranquil just what we all needed! The terraces were sunny at different times of the day . We had great fun using the Pizza Oven. Also the table tennis table was used a lot. We definitely needed a car and going some lovely Villages about 30 mins away Barga and on the back to Pisa Airport stopped off at Pietrasanta celebrating Art lovely shops and quirky shops etc . The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need and loved the Lavattza coffee machine ! Would definitely recommend !

The villa was outstanding. Our family all with room to spare. The weather was perfect for us and could make use of the beautiful outdoor verandah for our meals. A truly fabulous stay

This villa is a gem, pictures don’t do it justice. The views are absolutely breathtaking….The house is fully equipped with everything we needed. We managed a trip to Florence and surrounding beaches which was recommended by the host. We could have stayed longer. I would definitely be back. My kids loved the pool and the little surrounding walking trials surrounding the villa. Only 1 hours drive from Pisa airport.

The villa definitely exceeded our expectations. Starting from check-in, we were lucky that no one was leaving on the day of our check-in, so we were let in at 12:00! The host was very nice, helpful. The instructions on how to get there were clear and unambiguous. The driveway is impressive the first time, but each subsequent approach is easier. The atmosphere of the entire property is indescribable, an absolutely amazing place. The style of the house, beautiful garden, including a number of relax zones. Outdoor ping-pong table, swimming pool and jacuzzi with wonderful views.

Das Haus eignet sich sehr gut, um es mit Freunden zu teilen. Die ruhige Lage auf einem Berg bietet eine herrliche Aussicht auf die umliegenden Hügel. Die dicken Mauern ermöglichen einen erholsamen Schlaf und im Sommer ist das Haus sicher schön kühl. Die Umgebung von Lucca und Städte wie Pisa oder Florenz kann man gut mit dem Auto erkunden. Wir sind morgens in den Ort gefahren, um süße Backwaren bei der Pasticceria und Brötchen beim Supermarkt Esselunga zu kaufen. Ein Highlight für uns war die Weinprobe beim kleinen Bio-Weingut Cantina Biagiotti mit dem jungen Winzer Francesco, 20 Minuten Fahrzeit vom Haus entfernt.

Pobyt w willi był absolutnie wyjątkowy. Dom był w pełni wyposażony, bardzo czysty i urządzony ze smakiem. Basen to prawdziwa perełka – idealny do relaksu w pięknej okolicy. Gospodarz był pomocny i zawsze dostępny. Tuż za rogiem bardzo dobra pizzeria. Wszystko było idealnie – z czystym sumieniem polecam!

Wir haben wundervolle Tage in dieser sehr charmanten und ungewöhnlichen Unterkunft verbracht. Claire war super hilfreich und hat sogar bei Regen als wir mal nicht zu Hause waren, die Sachen für uns ins Trockene gebracht. Wundervolle Aussicht! Das Angebotene Abendessen Montag und Freitag unheimlich lecker und den Preis wert! Jederzeit wieder!

A wonderful, peaceful, grand villa in a tremendous garden ( more like a park ) The interior is beautiful with loads of personal accents. Livia and her team have taken care of us, as excellent hosts. It’s a fantastic place to stay with family and friends. We were all very impressed!!!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Olympia war einfach traumhaft! Schon beim Ankommen wurden wir vom sehr freundlichen Vermieter Fabrizio herzlich empfangen, der uns alles gezeigt hat und während des gesamten Aufenthalts für Fragen zur Verfügung stand und sorgte dafür, dass wir uns direkt wie zu Hause fühlten Die Villa war absolut sauber und bestens ausgestattet – es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Krönung war der atemberaubende Ausblick: Von der Terrasse und dem Poolbereich konnten wir das Panorama über das Meer, die Hügel und den Lago di Massaciuccoli geniessen. Der Aussenbereich und der Pool sind ein Highlight für sich und perfekt zum Entspannen und Sonnenbaden. Wer einen Ort sucht, an dem Luxus und Natur perfekt harmonieren, wird hier fündig. Wir hätten uns keinen besseren Ort für unseren Urlaub wünschen können und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch in der Villa Olympia! Wir können die Villa Olympia uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Beautiful traditional tuscan house in a very private, wonderful location. We were a little bummed to find that the pool wasn’t open, yet (we were there the last week of April, the pool opens on May 1st), but on second review this is mentioned in the description (we just didn’t read it thoroughly enough). Also, it was the first time for us that we had to pay extra for the electricity we used (€ 26.- for us for a week without heating or AC). Apart from that we are very thankful that we got to spend a wonderful week in always beautiful tuscany with all the highlights (Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the beach) reachable within an hour. So we can definitely recommend La Furbina and the host Elisa wholeheartedly!

la casa di Sanda è veramente interessante con ampi spazi e molto comoda. la casa è datata, ma contiene degli elementi vintage molto belli. Non manca nulla e la piscina e lo spazio esterno sono fantastici. Sanda è stata molto gentile e disponibile.

I have so much positive to say about this place! Despite what some reviews mention about the drive, it's absolutely worth it. There's a small restaurant just 2-3 minutes away, easy access to the city, and you're only about an hour from Pisa and some beaches. The house was perfect—everything well thought out and worth every penny. The pool was amazing, and the host was very responsive. If you're visiting in autumn or spring, bring warm clothes for the chilly evenings. We were sad to leave, and I can't wait to come back to this dreamy property!

This villa was something out of a dream. Stefania was so lovely and wonderful with recommendations and booking us a rez at a fantastic local gem of a restaurant. The views were incredible and the atmosphere was so relaxing. The villa itself was cozy and inviting. The outside seating area was well used by us for nightcaps, dinner and conversations about falling in love with Tuscany and all it's amazing nooks and crannies. We wanted a picturesque and home-like central base for our 10 day adventure in Italy and we're delighted with the accommodations that really was like something out of a movie. Lucca was only a short drive away and offered the best grocery store-Esselunga! Thank you Stefania for your warm generosity, kindness and suggestions. This was a birthday trip that we will never forget and cemented our longing to return soon!

Wie haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem tollem Haus über Ostern verlebt. Die Gastgeber Andrea und Susanna sind sehr nett und zuvorkommen. Sie waren jederzeit erreichbar und die Kommunikation auf Englisch mit Andrea oder mit Susanna auf Deutsch war unproblematisch. Sie haben uns auch viele Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Das Haus liegt auf einem Berg oberhalb von Massarosa, enge Serpentinenstraße führen dahin. Dafür wird man mit einem grandiosen Blick belohnt. Das Haus wird von den Besitzern im Winter selber bewohnt, dementsprechend liebevoll ist es eingerichtet. Der Pool draußen und der Jacuzzi innen ist ein Highlight. Das Haus ist super sauber und gepflegt. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

Wir waren 9 Personen, die das Haus bewohnten und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Das Haus war sehr sauber und besitzt eine gute Klimaanlage im oberen Stockwerk. Das Highlight ist auf jeden Fall der tolle Pool, in dem unsere Kinder viel Spaß hatten! Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage, um die wunderschöne Toskana zu erkunden (Lucca, Pisa, Florenz, 5Terre,…). Die Infrastruktur im Ort bietet alles was man benötigt und die Vermieterin war für Fragen jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank!!!

Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare le fantastiche Cinque Terre! purtroppo siamo stati solo due notti ma sicuramente è da tornarci anche in estate per poter usufruire dello spazio all aperto... l appartamento corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione, la cucina è completa di tutto,i letti comodissimi e l host è stato super disponibile e pieno di consigli. lo raccomando
