We’re an ideal base to explore Fort William “the outdoor capital of the UK” and its surrounding attractions such as- Ben Nevis Glencoe Nevis Range Glenfinnan viaduct Jacobite steam train We’re located just 2kms (5 minute drive) from Fort William town centre, in a desirable area. Ideal location to miss the busy traffic of the town centre, but still be very close to it. Free parking at the front door!

The Wee Highland Shack.

Compact, cosy, bijou, romantic, fantastic views, great setting, no room to swing a cat - we think that these are all great descriptions of our chalet. It is definitely small ( 4m by 3m) but we love it and think that it is a great place for a cosy stay as long as lots of space is not high on your priorities! The chalet has a double bed, its own wee toilet and shower, parking right in front, T.V, tea and coffee making facilities and a little fridge. Wifi,, Spotify and Netflix are all available.

Modernist Studio in the Scottish Highlands

This distinctive building, renovated both inside and out, started life as a primary school in 1966 and its modernist design is unique for the area. You will be surrounded by art, vintage furniture, natural textiles and amazing views during your stay. The studio is self contained and well equipped with a small but functional kitchen with high quality kitchen and tableware. The Japanese inspired bathroom has been designed to spend time and relax in with a large rain shower and deep bath.

Whilst your coffee is brewing, step outside and remind yourself why you came here as you look at the spectacular views our tiny house has to offer.

“The Landing" is a Very Private ,Warm Family space completly independent of the main property with own private access which can sleep up to 4 adults, providing king size bed, 1 single bed and a single sofa bed . Ardbrae. Inverlochy, Fort William

Set in the heart of Fort William, in the quiet but central village of Inverlochy. It is a 15 minute walk to the train station, bus station and town centre. It is a 5 minute walk to the historical site of Inverlochy Castle. The house boasts spectacular views of Ben Nevis, Glen Nevis and the Jacobite Railway track. There is free on the street parking. There is a take-away and bike hire shop in the village of Inverlochy. Supermarkets M&S,Aldi are only a short walk from the house .

Dearg Mor, Fort William

Situated in Caol, 2.5 miles from Fort William and 4-5 miles from Aonach Mor. Dearg Mor is a modern, self contained, en-suite cabin on the shores of Loch Linnhe situated on the Great Glen Way. There are stunning views of the surrounding mountains and Neptunes staircase is a 10 min walk away and, if you don’t fancy walking, there are HiBike electric bicycles for hire outside the shops close by accessible by app. Please note there are no cooking facilities in the cabin.

The Annexe @18 Perth Place.

The Annexe @18 Perth Place is a newly converted garage which comprises of a large double en-suite bedroom with kitchen facilities and a decked outdoor seating area. The Annexe has it's own private entrance with parking and is within the grounds of our family home. We are situated in a quiet residential area 1.9 miles from Fort William town centre, there is access from our garden to the Cow Hill Circuit and we are 0.1 mile from the nearest bus stop.

Brand new luxury cabin The hideaway, is situated at the foot of Cow Hill and only a minutes walk from the picturesque town of Fort William. The cabin offers peace and tranquillity to relax and enjoy after a day of exploring in our beautiful Highlands. Right on the door step of this beautiful cabin, you will find Fort William train station where you will see the famous Harry Potter steam train and only 2 miles from Ben Nevis.

Lorne Cottage @tinyweehoose

Featured as a finalist on BBC Scotland’s Home of the Year 2022, Lorne Cottage is located less than a 2 minute walk away from the main high street in Fort William. Whilst it is totally central, the one bedroom abode is nestled in a quiet street that sits just above the town. This gives our guests the best of both worlds, with lots to do right on the doorstep, and a stylish base to relax in.

Harava Lodge

Newly refurbished on November 10th 2025. 2 bedroom lodge that can sleep up to four guests. Set in the picturesque town of Fort William. It is in a central location just a five minute walk to town and train station. Nestled at the base of Cow Hill and next to Ben Nevis it is an ideal base. Also has a stream out front and lovely woodland behind.
