Hallway leads to the bedroom with double bed and to the bathroom with bath with overhead electric shower.

Our detached cottage has beautiful views of the surrounding Glencoe mountains. In an elevated position above the historic village of Ballachulish. Just a short walk to lovely Loch Leven and the village's shops, pub and eating places. Explore magical paths, trails and waterfalls as well as higher routes directly from the cottage. No need to drive. On National Cycling Route 78 and local routes for all abilities. Ballachulish is well-positioned for days out around the area and further afield.

We are situated in Roy Bridge 15 mins outside Fort William, (12 miles) close to amenities and a short walk to the train station. The perfect base to explore the Highlands. The Annexe has it's own private entrance with parking and is within the grounds of our family home. We are situated in a quiet residential area 1.9 miles from Fort William town centre, there is access from our garden to the Cow Hill Circuit and we are 0.1 mile from the nearest bus stop.

There is a kitchenette area which consists of a kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, fridge and microwave. It is fully equipped but there is no cooker, however there are lots of good restaurants in the nearby town. The accommodation is located 10 minutes from Fort William town centre and has a panoramic view of Ben Nevis.
