Small, Comfortable Home - Females Only

Since my house is small, shared, yet comfortable - there is a one guest overnight limit (unless approved) and I prefer females only. I am close to St Francis College, parks, and a short drive to Downtown Fort Wayne. My house is located on a quiet street and is located one street over from a nice park. I am knowledgeable about the area (things to do, restaurants) I do have 2 dogs. Daisy & Delilah and they are treated like family :) Discounts for longer stays.

This cute house is in the perfect area for rest and activities. You will be close to downtown, a college and some popular local hideaways. This home has two bedrooms, a garage and a fenced in a yard. We are happy to host your pet, with a non-refundable pet fee. You'll be able to pack light, as we have a washer and dryer on site. You'll also enjoy easy meal prep and clean up with a new dishwasher. This home has been recently updated and is new to the Airbnb market.

A full kitchen, with hot plates, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, and coffee maker. A great quiet location on a caulisack with a nature preserve behind home. The apartment has a separate entry way. Basement is a closed off with door and can be locked for privacy.
