We had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly what was pictured. Everything was tidy and clean! We’d be happy to visit again when in the area!

The house was quiet and relaxing. I particularly enjoyed the extra large soaking tub and the host-provided soaps and shampoo. They were nice touches of luxury. Having access to the garage made it a home away from home.

This place is amazing! Clean and feels like home. So much space and room for so things to do. The house is secluded but not at the same time. The small “beach” at the house is a major bonus. Kids could easily go play and we could watch from the porch. We seen all kinds of wildlife from eagles, cranes and even a fox. This was the first family vacation we have had in years and it was over Christmas. Dillon did awesome with a Christmas tree and lights on the house and even supplied a gingerbread house for us to build. We definitely plan on being back in the warmer weather so we can enjoy the outside much more.

We visited our son at NAS Pensacola for the week and Jodannys place made us feel right at home. We’ll definitely book again on our next visit

We have been traveling with friends to the Seabreeze Jazz Festival in PCB for five years. The first year we stayed on the 18th floor of a high-rise condo on the beach. At the end of our stay, we decided that did not suit us and we looked for a home to rent. We lucked out and found the Grey Narwhal which is where we stayed the following year. This year (2025) was our fourth consecutive year staying there and we are already booked for next April. The house is exactly as described. It is very comfortable with a kitchen full of all the amenities that we need. Everything in the house is good to excellent quality from the crockery in the kitchen to the bed linens and towels. There’s also some interesting reading material; if you choose to stay at the Grey Narwhal, look for the Ladybird books for adults on the shelf above the couch. Great reading! Paul and Janet are extremely responsive and friendly hosts and have given us great recommendations in the past. Looking forward to 26!

This beautiful place was awesome! The hosts are great and there are extra touches that normally are not provided that make it very convenient! The neighborhood is lovely, peaceful, and close to everything. We will stay again! Thank you Chris and Ashley!

Kelly's place was perfect for our family of 4 plus our 2 toy poodles. The location is convenient and very close to the beach. The pool / back yard area was our favorite. It is fenced and gated making it feel very private. The kids enjoyed the pool a lot! The home was stocked with everything you need to cook / grill. Also, a huge plus is that there are beach chairs, goggles, sand buckets, bikes, boogie boards, floats, and even a shade tent that we were able to use during our stay rather than having to go buy those things to take to the beach. The house was clean and smelled good upon arrival. Bed linens were clean and free of pet hair. (We have found this is hard to come by when staying in pet friendly units.) Overall, I would highly recommend Kelly as a host & would recommend this home when visiting Panama City Beach!

This place was beautiful and such a great deal for our group. We wanted to boat to crab island and this was a close enough stay and big enough for all of us. The hosts were very helpful by giving a handbook on all the things to do around fort walton. They responded quickly when needed and were very accommodating. I would definitely book again!

Olivia’s place was peaceful and quiet, great area on the bay with room to play for our kids and they did not want to leave. Walkable to the beach, we would def come back.

I wanted to find a cute spot for my family to stay while we enjoyed our vacation & this was just it! It was beautiful & peaceful. It looked exactly how the pictures and description said it would. Anytime I had a question or reached out they were responsive. I couldn’t have been more pleased.

We LOVE this place!! Rick and Sylvia made us feel like part of the family. More then everything you need!! Fishing , restraints, beautiful natural surroundings. They gave us helpful tips on restraints, attractions , helped us fish and became good friends. The sweetest hosts we have ever had!! Very friendly but private. They provided everything!! And then some!! Helped us out soooo sooo much on sooo many levels. We came for a rodeo and just wanted a cool place to stay. This is definitely a gem of a place!! The space was super clean and equipped with everything. They also provided a lot of fishing equipment and a kayak and hammock for hanging out in between time. We got to hang out with them a bit, we are social . They are very cool!! Super sweet, helpful friendly, would give the shirt off their back kind of people!! This is what we look for in an Airbnb. They truly care about their guests!! Above and beyond for comfort!! The stay was incredible!! Thank you!! Can't wait to come back!!!

We had a wonderful time!! The villa was beautiful and very clean. Also the host was AMAZING, and responded quickly with any questions that we had! Definitely the best place to stay for a short vacation!! 100% will be staying there again!

We highly recommend the Palace. Beautiful area with lots of trees and parks within walking distance. The apartment was very clean with stylish decor. Kitchen is fully equipped with space for meal preparation. The neighborhood felt safe. It is in a good location with lots of entertainment and restaurants close by. Looking forward to staying here again.

Stayed in Pensacola for the weekend of the Crawfish Festival with another couple. The home is absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable!! Well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and necessities to make the weekend easy. Spent time in the lovely shaded backyard, on the front porch each morning with coffee in rocking chairs, and in the cozy living room. Walked to the festival each day. It was a 1.7 mile walk each way, on sidewalks, through the historic area until we got to Palafox St, where we enjoyed restaurants, bars, and beautiful architecture. Location of the home is wonderful, and it is very well suited for 2 couples travelling together.

Loved that we were right inside of Baytown Wharf. It was easy to find things to do within walking distance. There is a great little green space off the third floor by the pool for your dog to go potty if you bring one. We appreciated that our were able to bring our furry friend. Loved sitting on the balcony in the AM and enjoying the fresh air while we sipped our coffee. We would absolutely stay again.

This place is exactly as described. Photos are up to date and accurate, location is very conveniently placed and quiet for late evening relaxation. The property is actually a lot more spacious than what it appears in the photos and we were extremely grateful for that. The Host(s) are very responsive and make check in/out very painless, I would recommend them to anyone! Definitely plan to return here in the near future!

loved our stay! such a beautiful & clean home inside and out! the hosts were wonderful and responded so quickly! they also have an elevator if you are handicapped which really came in helpful when we had my mother-in-law over! loved the amenities and everything that it offered. can't wait to stay again!

Better than described. Large wooded lot right on the lake with a dock to hang out on. Lots of space. Large rooms. Feels much more remote than it is. Close to groceries, restaurants, etc. We loved staying here!

We loved this place. We used the screened in porch and backyard more than anything. It was so nice with the dining area, lights and rocking chairs. The beds were very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice, clean and lots of amenities. We'll be back!

The place was amazing. My family loved it and it was so neat. Every day we were greated with wild turkey and wild deer on the property and it wasn't a far drive to the beach or springs.
