Enjoyed staying here, it was very clean and welcoming. Jess was great- I had to extend my stay a few times for work and he was very accommodating.

We have rented this location 3 times in the last year. Perfect little home away from home.

Great little place that had the comforts of home. Parking was easy once we confirmed we could park anywhere on the gravel area. Spot north of the house is a little tight for bigger vehicles. We were overall happy with the place and the host. Might recommend some bath soup for hands and shower. Check out was easy, and we kept the place just like we feel, at home. Thanks for sharing your place with a guy and his lovely bride!

Shannon and Chuck were fantastic hosts! They made me feel right at home because they knew I was coming into town late and provided complimentary snacks and waters for me after my long drive. They were responsive and their place was adorable and perfect for the weekend. I definitely enjoyed my stay!

My time at Peiting was exactly as I had hoped. A super cozy, very clean accommodation, with everything you need. Exactly as I imagined. Host Peiting is very quick to respond, and you feel very well looked after. There was a minor problem during my stay, which Peiting immediately fixed the same day. perfect! We fully enjoyed staying at Sherri's. The house was spacious and clean. Close to everything in town.

Our 7th return to this beautiful home -peaceful, squeaky clean, and relaxing as always. All the amenities you need are here. We especially love the waterfall shower, gas stove and kitchen amenities. We love to cook out using the grill on the back porch. Fantastic place

Lauren was a kind and responsive host! The home is located just outside of Fort Smith, so you have close access to activities, restaurants, and Walmart.

This was such a peaceful and relaxing stay in an Idealic setting away from it all. I really enjoyed meeting Sharon and she was a very communicative host. The place was very clean and sweetly decorated. If you are looking for a place that really showcases the pastoral beauty of Arkansas, this is the spot.

This place was great to stay at for my daughter’s graduation. It was very accommodating for our family. Nice lay out and plenty of room for everyone. Nathan was very attentive to our needs and was a gracious host.

The Red Cottage was so cozy. Had everything we needed and the location was very convenient. We loved coming back each night and lounging around in the living room, with lots of games and books. So nice to have laundry and the shower is awesome! We didn’t use it, but there is a really nice deck and backyard.

Our home was in a complete state of disarray due to hot water heater bursting-so being able to walk right in to Karen’s rental was soooooo WONDERFUL!! It was absolutely spotless! Everything was provided. The beds are especially comfortable!! The walking and biking trails are right outside the door! Karen responds in literal minutes to any questions. We highly recommend this rental. No way will you be disappointed!!!
