First, Justin is great to work with. He answered all my questions very quickly. The home is in a good quaint, beautiful, and peaceful neighborhood. We had a great stay from beginning to end. The home is immaculate! Modern, great lighting, cozy and comfortable. I’m big on home decor and atmosphere and that home was out of a magazine. The home is in excellent condition, pristine cleanliness, and provides all of the modern amenities. In addition Justin provided items that not all Airbnb’s provide, especially within the kitchen (yes even seasonings). Without a doubt I will be booking again with Justin and this home. Great location and central to everything. I recommend this home to anyone staying in Winston Salem or surrounding areas.

We loved loved loved our stay. I was impressed with the kitchen. Nice pans, with decent seasonings we were able to make an easter dinner no problem. The couch was large and inviting. The house was perfect for our stay. One could easily walk to downtown and the bars nearby but still had quiet privacy. 11/10 recommend

This was our second stay and we love it here! The space is spotless, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen. We love staying downtown and walking for coffee, dinner, etc. The free parking is a big benefit! Our daughter goes to Wake Forest and this will be our place when we come to visit!

I thoroughly enjoyed my seven-day stay at Emiliya's cozy apartment and highly recommend it! This cute and comfortable space was exactly as pictured in the photos, and I appreciated how clean everything was upon arrival. The bed and furniture were very comfortable, making it a relaxing place to rest and enjoy the day. The location was also a big plus, with a great selection of restaurants and shops nearby. I felt very safe in the neighborhood. Emiliya was an excellent host, providing outstanding communication throughout my stay. She was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Her friendly demeanor made me feel very welcome. Overall, this apartment was a fantastic value and contributed greatly to my enjoyable trip.

This place was perfect for our stay. It was conveniently located to grocery stores and restaurants. We had one minor inconvenience that Spencer apologized for & took care of right away. We truly enjoyed this rental and can’t recommend it enough. It has everything you may need to cook if you so desired to.

We enjoyed our stay. It was within walking distance to Truist ballpark, restaurants, the art district, as well as close to lots of other attractions. The place is quiet and comfortable. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Wonderful gem of a place. Every detail is perfect and welcoming! Karen is a wonderful and responsive host. Have now stayed her 2x for visits to Wake and will certainly stay again!

Roomy house with all the amenities that we needed. Host was responsive and gave clear instructions. TJ’s hand made ice cream up the street was yummy and we walked the muddy creek trail in the mornings.

This is our second stay here and love the place. It has the older home charm that is so tastefully decorated. The kitchen has it all! Roomy and private. Sitting on the back porch watching the dogs run around the back yard is great! The fenced yard is large and very cleared our and safe for the pups, mine loved it! I could go on and on but find out for yourself! You may even make a sweet friend next door! Such a personable person!

We had a lovely stay! The space was accommodating and comfortable and would definitely look for it again if we needed to stay in the area.

Enjoyed staying here with our pup. It was a beautiful and modernly decorated home, very clean. Excellent check in instructions. The beds were comfortable and the shower was nice and large. Highly recommend if you need a place in the Greensboro, W-S area.

I’ve rented many AirBnBs. Michal was as good a host as I’ve had. Responsive and informative. His property is as described. The beds are real nice, coffee was provided even a welcoming chocolate box. Nice touch!

The entire process from paying to checking out was extremely smooth. The check-in and check-out times of 12:00 pm are helpful as well. The house was spotless.

A beautiful place to stay where you will feel right at home!

Great location! 5 minutes from RJ Reynolds Auditorium. In the middle of everything, but very peaceful. Comfortable bed and free of clutter! Host is very responsive & helpful! We will 100% rent again next year m!

Great location for walking the Greenway and Old Salem, but also very close to the city center. It's a lovely and comfortable condo. Very clean. Plenty of pans, dishes, utensils to cook or eat takeout. The hosts were proactive and responsive.

Sweet apartment, cute neighborhood! Loved the front porch! Easy drive to downtown, but also walkable if you’d like :-) super cozy inside- the perfect space for a sisters weekend!
