Very comfortable, clean flat. Sense of privacy in what seems a quiet area. Own courtyard with table is a nice touch. Sian gave very clear instructions and our stay was very relaxed.

Kelly is a very friendly & helpful host, Beachview is a beautifully presented modern appt, very clean/tidy & comfortable a great place to relax and just a stones throw from the beach and Town centre, will certainly book again next year

Nick was very helpful at all times, very quick responding to any questions I had! Very easy to find, easy to get in and out of rooms with the instructions. The 2 separate rooms worked really well for us! Lovely stay and great location

Excellent host, great communication, very responsive and helpful. The accommodation was lovely with great parking and in a lovely location right across from the beach. The pool and hot tub were superb. We appreciated the welcome hamper too.

Such a beautiful and spacious modern apartment. The apartment was very well equipped for our family of 5 with a very large balcony space for us all to enjoy. Tv in the living area and in the bedroom which was perfect for our kids when relaxing back in the apartment. Location was perfect for our stay, Right on the beach and within walking distance to pleasure beach, piers, tower and town centre. Added bonus with the Tram stops being right outside the apartment which was very reasonably priced, can jump on and off all day until 1am. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to return.

We had a wonderful stay in Liverpool! The flat was cozy, clean, and exactly as described. It’s in a great location with easy access to everything we needed. The hosts were a lovely couple—so warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. They made us feel right at home, and it was clear they really care about their guests’ experience. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Liverpool!

Thank you for such a fab stay. The location was perfect for our visit to Manchester visiting friends. The venue is beautifully decorated, and very modern. I just wish I’d had enough time to enjoy a soak in the bath. Would definitely book again when back in the area.

We spent only one night at Naomi’s place, arriving very late after a family event, but it was a pleasant overnight stay with super comfortable beds and a great shower in the morning. I left a necklace behind and Naomi and Darren kindly looked for it and sent it to me by registered post, for which I am very grateful.

We have no complaints at all, spotlessly clean, and modern, fully equipped and felt at home straight away. Mark was very helpful and the place is to a very high decorative standard even with a soft close toilet. Would love to stay again, great local pub within a 100 meters with fantastic food. Lovely walks around the area, Zara (our dog) loved it.

Loved our stay at this house. Pictures don't do it justice with the house much bigger than it looks. Very accessible location with only a 5 minute walk to the front of Lytham and it's beautiful windmill. 10 minute walk from the house will also take you right into the main street in the town where there are loads of cafes, pubs and shops. Helen was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We loved every minute of our Easter break.

We had a fabulous stay here - perfect location for getting in and out of town, and plenty of local amenities. The host met us at the property and showed us round the home which was a big help, and they had also left some bread and milk. They had kindly left some sweeties and colouring in for the kids too! The house is beautiful and beds very comfortable. We would definitely use this Airbnb again when we come back!

Lovely house, big bedrooms, comfy beds, clean linens & towels, very clean, well maintained. Two smart TVs, nice lounge with two sofas, well equipped modern kitchen. Nice bath and shower, good hot water. We had a wonderful time. Great for a family. Slept really well. Quiet neighbours. Parked outside house on street. We hope to return. Thanks Stephen.

Great house for extended family gathering. Quiet location with easy access to the city and nearby parks and cafes (& the fabulous Lark St) Ample street parking. House stylishly decorated and stocked with tea/proper coffee and everything required in a working kitchen. Very pleasant outdoor courtyard area perfect for morning coffee in the sun! (& there was sun!!)

Lovely little flat with just all the basics for a short stay. Walking distance to plenty of shops and nice restaurants. Only stayed for one night but was perfect for what I wanted (shower eat sleep and head home the next day) easy to find and very clear instructions from host and clear instructions inside regarding bins WiFi ect. Had a small issue with the shower draining but other than that no complaints. Handy little yard form my dog through a door in the bedroom.

We really loved this penthouse apartment - it was conveniently located near the shop fronts, beach and train station. The interior and view are absolutely beautiful.

Very close to Winter Gardens, apartment was clean and had everything you needed! even a cupboard full of essentials in case we forgot something 😊 Nic was very clear with the instructions and provided useful information! will definitely use this place again!

Perfect location for exploring Chester. Really short walk into town. Waitrose on the doorstep for all your supplies. Chester Zoo is a 15 minute drive. Instructions for getting inside are clear, but there are multiple doors with codes so ensure you have the right ones for the right doors. Parking space is a little tight if the spaces opposite are in use. Really comfy sofa and beds, shower is also rather lovely!

Ideal modern apartment in a very central location. The apartment is quiet, comfortabl and extremely well furnished and equipped.
