Appartement simple mais avec le nécessaire. Bien placé pour visiter les principaux lieux d’intérêts de Romagne. Peter est un hôte très accueillant et réactif si on a besoin de quoi que ce soit. Il propose une carte très pratique pour visiter la région et est un bon ambassadeur ! Super rapport qualité prix.

We had a lovely stay here. Location is excellent and the apartment is beautiful. Arnaud was very helpful and communicated brilliantly with us. Would stay here again.

We had a most wonderful time in Elena and Antonio's apartment. We have been personally greeted by them and they gave us an extensive list of tips for museums, cinemas and restaurants which turned out to be absolutely spot-on. Thanks to them we found our favourite fish restaurant, Il Pescato del Canevone, just round the corner. The apartment is a beautifully decorated, carefully curated space with a wonderful atmosphere - we felt really at home from the first minute. They managed to combine modern interior design with the historic building in the best way.  It was absolutely clean, there are very comfortable beds and they spoil you with free water, snacks, tea, coffee and sweets. Elena and Antonio are a very sweet couple. They are there to help you with anything and everything - thank you so much for being not just perfect, but very welcoming and supportive hosts.  We would love to come back. 

Deze lokatie lag zeer dicht bij de plaats waar onze jongste dochter tijdelijk studeert. Wij hebben dan ook zeer veel tijd samen kunnen doorbrengen tijdens die week herfstvakantie. Ideale lokatie om Forli en omgeving te verkennen. Mooi terras om 's morgens te ontwaken en te ontbijten in het ochtend zonnetje. Wij konden voor alle vragen en problemen terecht bij onze contactpersoon Salvatore die samen met zijn echtgenote zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam waren voor het overhandigen van de sleutels en voor het uitchecken. Zij hebben zelfs verdere hulp aangeboden aan onze dochter voor de verdere tijd van haar studies en indien dit nodig moest blijken. De communicatie met zowel Matteo als met Salvatore verliep zeer vlot en zonder enig probleem. Met andere woorden: een zeer fijne ervaring en zeer vriendelijke gastheren om ons verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Nogmaals bedankt Matteo, Salvatore en echtgenote en wij weten waar we terecht kunnen als we nog eens terugkeren naar Forli !!!

We loved staying at this apartment. Excellent view, good breeze in the evening and close to the beach. Hosts were excellent and the apartment was clean and tidy. Confortable beds, nicely equipped kitchen and everything is just like the pictures. Allows for a perfect vacation in Cesenatico.

Miejsce oceniam na 5 gwiazdek, świetny kontakt z gospodarzem, Mara była zawsze zainteresowana czy wszystko jest ok i czy niczego nam nie brakuje. Pokój bardzo czysty, ładna i pachnąca pościel, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona a huśtawka w pokoju dodatkowo umiliła nam pobyt. Polecam :)

Siamo stati a Ravenna per la notte di Capodanno. Io e i miei amici ci sian trovati bene. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la possibilità di restare più a lungo, rispetto all'orario stabilito del check-out. Luca e Daila, ci hanno anche offerto una bella bottiglia di benvenuto.

Struttura vicinissima al centro, facilmente raggiungibile in auto . L'host mi ha fornito indicazioni precise per il parcheggio e ha risposto celermente ogni volta che l'ho contattato. La casa pulita, comoda, accessoriata di ogni confort. La zona esterna bellissima e ottima per godere di una buona colazione all'aria aperta. un'ottima esperienza, consiglio questa soluzione a tutti.

Mauro e sua moglie sono stati davvero speciali: sempre accoglienti e disponibili sin dal momento della prenotazione e per tutto il nostro soggiorno. Ci hanno fatto sentire esattamente a casa. L’appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario. Il giardino curato in ogni angolo e con vista sulle foreste casentinesi è un posto di relax assoluto. Inoltre la posizione della struttura è ideale per visitare non solo i luoghi limitrofi, ma anche la vicina Toscana e i principali centri della Romagna.

La casa di Paolo è un piccolo gioiellino. Siamo stati benissimo, a due passi dal centro e da tutti i monumenti. Direi perfetta. Consigliata al 100%

Donata et son mari nous ont accueilli chaleureusement, Donata est très disponible et explique tout ce que l’on peut faire à proximité (parcs, aquarium, monuments) le paysage est magnifique, l’environnement est extrêmement calme, très bel endroit où se ressourcer en famille, plein de jeux de société pour les enfants de tout âge et plein de livres, aussi les jeux extérieurs cabane et toboggan parfait pour les enfants, la piscine est extra (eau salée, chaude et à niveaux) avec le panorama sur Sogliano el Rubicone, logement fonctionnel extrêmement propre avec tout le nécessaire, les salles de bains sont parfaites et bien équipées avec des produits écologiques, nous avons passé un super séjour, merci à Donata et son mari pour l’accueil et leur gentillesse nous recommandons ce b&b parfait pour une famille

Logement propre et spacieux. Isolé, dans un endroit très calme et magnifique. Nous avons apprécié nos soirées derrière la maison, au soleil, avec vue sur la montagne. La literie est de bonne qualité. La voiture est indispensable... Ander est très réactif et a répondu à nos questions rapidement...

We zochten een rustige locatie, op relatief korte afstand van Bologna, om een beurs te kunnen bezoeken. Het is een heerlijk ruim en schoon huis met als extra feature de fazanten als buren. Voor ons was dit de ideale uitvalsbasis. En Federica is een fantastische host die snel reageert en meedenkt.

Genügend Platz für 3 Leute. Gut war, dass es zwei Schlafzimmer gab. Das Doppelbett war sehr bequem. Die Lage war perfekt, um viele Städte und Sehenswürdigkeiten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Schöne Spazierwege direkt ab dem Haus, z.B. durch den Wald zum Strand laufen. Die Gastgeberin hat sehr schnell bei Fragen reagiert, auch spät abends, als wir ankamen. Sehr nette Geste zum Check-in, es gab Wasser, Wein, Kekse, Kaffee, Saft. Die Küche ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet, wir haben alles gefunden, was wir brauchten. Ein großes Plus ist auch der Geschirrspüler. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich noch den Trockner, den es zur Waschmaschine gibt. Das hatten wir bisher noch in keiner Wohnung- den Trockner haben wir sehr geschätzt, da es draußen leider eher kalt war und mehrfach regnete, so dass die Wäsche ohne Trockner nicht trocken geworden wäre. Ein kleines Sofa hätten wir uns noch gewünscht, um etwas bequem Fernsehen schauen zu können. Aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut und fair.

Quasi un peccato starci una sola notte. Appartamento meraviglioso e moderno, molto luminoso e ben arredato, con diversi parcheggi intorno e vicina a quella che è la piazza principale di Cervia, oltre a diversi negozi e ristoranti e a 5/10 minuti di camminata dal mare. Marco una persona seria, cordiale, amichevole e responsabile, oltre ad essere estremamente disponibile. Se volete fare bella figura con degli amici o con la vostra metà, consigliatissimo e se dovrò tornare in zona, non ci penserò due volte a dove prenotare!

Luogo perfetto per rigenerarsi e host di un’accoglienza incredibile. Ci torneremo sicuramente per provare anche l’esperienza dell’home restaurant. Ancora complimenti per la ristrutturazione e per la disponibilità di tutta la famiglia

Gorgeous place, tastefully decorated with beautiful lighting and 5 star ambience. Gotti was kind enough to pick us up and drive us to the apartment due to the ZTL zone of the home. Still very convenient and walkable to the car and the historic area was quiet and tranquil. Best Airbnb we’ve had, just wish we stayed longer.

Ottima posizione , centralissima . Disponibilità di Angy nel check-in , ci ha fornito i consigli per organizzare un buon soggiorno a Ravenna . Interessante l’opportunità di aver incluso nel soggiorno il parcheggio vista la posizione centralissima. L’alloggio corrisponde alle foto , pulito e carino .

One of the best Airbnb we have been to so far. Everything new, spotlessly clean, modern but also decorated with a lot of charm and „gusto“ / taste !!! You can see how much of affection they put in there. Coming to the hosts: a great couple who welcomed us so warmly and sympathetic! I often had very nice and interesting chats with Monia and Fabio was also always available and asked how we were doing, if we needed something etc. The view is stunning, it’s quiet to relax and work (WiFi works also on the terrace) and it’s a fantastic & strategic location to visit all important spots of Emilia Romagna. I would always come back and recommend it to all of you ! Thank you Monia and Fabio! Alla prossima

Tutto impeccabile, gestori professionali...no.n si può volere di più. Desidero sottolineare la tranquillità e il silenzio che hanno piacevolmente caratterizzato il nostro soggiorno che spesso mancano nelle strutture ricettive posizionate nei centri storici.

I really enjoyed my stay at Micro & Isotta's place. An easy 10 minute walk from the train station and right at the beginning of the historic city center, the location was very convenient. It was exactly like the photos with a stylish artsy aesthetic and extremely clean, comfortable, had many great amenities and even some drinks and snacks provided! The hosts were very kind, responsive and helpful as well! Isotta came to check me in, familiarize me with everything and gave many great tips for sight-seeing and restaurants. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I wish I could've stayed longer!
