Cozy accomodation studio near Ribaucourt Station

The Studio is at the top 4th floor (the attic) and has a separate and independent entrance (no elevator and nor air-conditioned). We are 25 min walking distance to the city center (15min by metro). The Studio is just 1 minute from the metro station Ribaucourt, so you can get easily straight into central Brussels. There is a small equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet inside the studio. This is not a hotel but a private house with a separate Studio for Airbnb. We live in the same building.

Accès facile et rapide à toute la ville (et à la gare du midi) par les trams 4, 10, 51, 81, tous à moins de 3 minutes à pied de l'appartement! Lit double dans la chambre, canapé lit très confortable dans le salon si besoin.

Verder beschikt de badkamer ook over een haardroger. In de woonkamer staat een bank waarvan nog een extra bed voor 1 persoon kan worden gemaakt.
