I have eliminated my cleaning fee for 1-2 night stays because I understand the frustration of so many fees, and short stays tend to need less cleaning time. Beaverton Retreat

The apartment is clean and cozy with a private entrance located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The apartment shares a common wall with the main house with doors that separate the space and remained locked. It offers a stocked kitchen, cable tv, dvd player and wifi with a comfortable seating area for reading by the fireplace or watching tv. The bathroom is spacious with an extra large shower. The bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in closet and dresser. Driveway and street parking available.

Rosemary Corner Guest Apartment

Enjoy early check-in, late check-out, and low cleaning fees at our one bedroom apartment located in our early 1900s home in Downtown Vancouver. A few blocks from the freeway with entrances to Hwy 14 and I-5, this is the perfect stop on a road trip or visit. Our home is located within walking distance to beautiful Downtown Vancouver, including bars, restaurants, shopping and New Seasons grocery store. PLEASE NOTE: this is a small unit in a historic home that has had few updates (see photos).

Welcome to our Midcentury modern pied-à-terre near Multnomah Village within a peaceful and quiet neighborhood! It is very centrally located, with easy access to trails, and within a short easy drive to downtown Portland. It is also strategically located with easy access to the Willamette Valley (1hr), or to the Gorge for hiking (1hr). It is halfway between the Oregon coast and Mount Hood (about 1.5hr each way). In other words, it is perfectly located to explore Portland and Northern Oregon!

Walk or ride to meals, brewpubs or shopping in the Mississippi and Williams districts. Hop a train (three blocks away) to all quarters. Or, to unwind, walk to Overlook or Mocks Crest parks for sweeping views of downtown Portland, Forest Park and the Willamette River. This lovely tree top space is attached to our home and includes separate entry, complete privacy in the unit, has its own upstairs deck, and includes the use of our shared lower deck and hot tub. The kitchen is a "kitchenette" with no stove, but we do provide a single burner hot plate. Come practice "Shin Rin Yoku", the the stress- reducing essence of the forest. Trails, benches and platforms throughout the property provide a place to sit, enjoy the clean air, meditate, or do yoga.

Easy access to highway and 15 mins to downtown. Perfect for business travels, family with kids and couples, alike. FYI, fireplace is not for guest use.
