The Garden House is a peaceful stone cottage set in the historic gardens of High Glanau Manor, the home of H. Avray Tipping (1855-1933) the Architectural Editor of Country Life Magazine from 1907. High Glanau Manor is an important Arts & Crafts house set in 12 acres of gardens designed in 1922. The gardens retain many original features including formal terraces, octagonal pool, glasshouse, pergola and 100 ft long double herbaceous borders. There are spectacular views to the Brecon Beacons

Welcome to The Potting Shed! A cosy couples retreat, renovated to a very high standard, with many funky features and fantastic attention to detail. Just a stroll away from our friendly, foodie village pub, right on Offa’s Dyke path. It’s a special place, nestled in its own little corner of my garden, with an emphasis on luxury and lovely things. It sleeps 4 with two bedrooms and a shared Jack and Jill bathroom complete with complimentary Bramley products. Black Mountains Hideaway

PERFECT FOR LOVERS OF NATURE AND RUGGED WALKS. 850 feet up in the Black Mountains, the Hideaway is tucked behind yet private from our 300 year old family farmhouse. Once you have spent the day walking, biking or riding you can light a fire in the woodburner and curl up with a book or ease into the freestanding bath in your bedroom. As wildly romantic as it gets! With a wooded backdrop and canal side terrace, this larch-clad cottage is absolute luxury for two - with a sumptuous bed and statement slipper bath. Feel refreshed from the glorious views across the canal towards the mountains, or cosy up in front of the wood burner in the lounge. Unwind with a stroll along the canal towpath or stargaze together in the hot-tub. Pets are welcome, too.

Hen Ty Pantygelli

Hen Ty (meaning old house) is a cosy cottage with modern comfort ( please note that the woodburner is not useable but there is full central heating) It sits in a quiet rural location and is conveniently located for walking, cycling. Four miles away is the market town of Abergavenny, which has a variety of restaurants, cafes and shops.
