Nice apartment. Could use more/updated cookware and kitchen supplies. Bed was fine but not great. Appliances all worked, bathroom was clean, very private, close to shops and restaurants. Garage parking was awesome. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Brandon’s place. It was exceptionally clean, neat, and very comfortable — just as described. You can tell the host really pays attention to the details. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, making it easy to relax and feel at home. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, and the space was well-maintained throughout. We truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended!

Dar is a really great host! He had it all set up so that the check in process was extremely easy. Dolphin Cove is really nice, there’s things to do while staying there and there’s a ton to do around the area as well. Would most definitely rebook in the future!

Beautiful home: warm and comfortable. Looked exactly like it was advertised. Louis is very prompt with communication and clear with information. He was flexible with our needs for check-in. The house was perfect! It matched the description exactly and was a quick 15-20 mins drive to Disney. The rooms were clean and spacious, backyard was nice to be in, my daughter loved the doll house, and the level 2 Ev charger was great! The toys in the house made our kids extremely happy and the hosts are amazing! They are informative and friendly and we look forward to renting from them again

This cabin was located ideally right by a nice park by the lake. The neighborhood was quiet and the views were lovely. The home itself had everything you need to cook meals and entertain. It was also close to all the nearby grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. It had ample space and was very comfortable.

The house was clean and well-maintained, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Our dog had a great time playing in the backyard by the pool.

I have to say the most impressive plus point is the view and scenery. The neighborhood is amazing despite being a bit remote from local access. The second best thing is the communication and the desire to help guests. The inside is pretty old, and although it has almost all necessary equipment, they need to upgrade them, as they are very old and look like no update has been done. The gym shown in the photos is almost non-usable except for the treadmill and elliptical. The knives are blunt and need replacement. Repairs must be completed at their own expense, not the guests’. They should pause availability until all repairs are done. It’s not appropriate to place black plastic wrap on the roof. But overall, I give credit not because it was a perfect stay but because of the view and their communication. AND ABOVE ALL, WE HAD A GREAT VACATION AND I don’t want to consider a negative thing in my memory even if it’s unrelated. THAT IS HOW POSITIVE I AM.
