In the heart of the Regional Natural Park of Gâtinais and a few minutes walk from the forest of Fontainebleau (Natura 2000) and several equestrian centers, I attach particular importance to sustainable tourism and you will find more explanations on the equipment and recommended practices in the rules of procedure at the bottom of the ad. The property consists of three independent dwellings that can accommodate up to 12 people, and therefore has: -3 fully equipped kitchens: tableware, gratin and serving dishes, salad bowls, steam cooker, cast iron casserole, pots, pans, electric ovens, microwaves, induction hobs, dishwashers, Soda Stream, blender, coffee makers (Classic and Nespresso), refrigerators, centrifuge, electric mixer, raclette machines for 14 people, placemats, tablecloths on request. -3 dining areas: 1 on a central island with 8 high stools, 1 second in the living room with a console table extendable up to 2 meters and 12 chairs, 1 third in the apartment for 4 people. -Several workspaces possible thanks to the wifi, a printer available in the laundry room will allow you to work alone or with others comfortably in the house. -3 living rooms with sofa beds and smart TVs, YouTube and WiFi -5 bedrooms with storage, 2 bathrooms and 3 shower rooms, 3 separate toilets -A mezzanine with 2 cots (foldable), a comfortable deckchair, and a high chair available (over 2 years) -2 equipped terraces (Weber barbecue, garden furniture, parasol), a large open garden -A common laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, garbage bags, rags, first aid kit, kitchen products, cleaning, hygiene and a vaulted cellar. Maison d’hôte en pierre entièrement rénovée dans le joli village de Fleury en Bière, 10 min. de Barbizon. La maison maître se situe dans le cour intérieur. Les 2 maisons sont indépendantes avec cour et jardin partagé. Cuisine/lounge sur 2 niveaux, 2 chambres à l’étage, chacune avec SDB/SDD/WC. Espace entrée/buanderie; grimpeurs, randonneurs, cavaliers peuvent poser/laver leurs affaires! Crash packs (x2) location possible sur demande. Linge de lit et bain/maison fourni. NB Escalier en colimaçon.

Salon équipé d'un grand canapé lit confortable, TV câblée et wifi. Cuisine entièrement équipée. Chambre mezzanine avec lit 160x200. Salle de bain avec douche et baignoire vue sur jardin. Équipée pour familles et enfants.

This old fisherman's house has been transformed into a charming 3-star gîte and welcomes you all year round in one of the most beautiful corners of the Ile de France, between the Seine and Loing rivers and the magnificent forest of Fontainebleau and its rock-climbing sites. The house is an ideal starting point to discover Fontainebleau, Moret-sur-Loing and Saint-Mammès, Milly-la-foret and Barbizon. The Scandiberique (Eurovelo 3) passes right in front of the house!

Idéalement située pour explorer le magnifique Château de Fontainebleau (20 minutes à pied en traversant son parc pittoresque), vous pourrez également profiter de promenades en forêt et d'escalades à proximité.

La Seine, entre rivière et forêt de Fontainebleau

Détendez-vous dans cette paisible maison, ancienne maison de gardien d'une affolante des bords de Seine. Elle est composée d'un salon, d'une chambre avec un lit double de 180x200, d'une cuisine toute équipée, d'une salle de douche avec wc séparé et d'une terrasse agréable, le tout dans un environnement très calme, sans aucun vis à vis ni mitoyenneté. La maison ne donne pas directement sur la rivière qui se situe à 50 mètres en contrebas.

Property near the « Château du Mez » (castel), located outside the village, in a wooded park crossed by the Betz (first category river in Natura 2000 zone). Ideal for recharging your batteries in a natural setting and enjoying the shaded garden and the coolness of the watercourse on hot summer days. The village also offers activities all summer around the communal pond (1.5 km away), with the possibility of picnicking and swimming.

Our recently fully renovated cottage is set in the middle of a large garden on the edge of the pretty village of Montigny sur Loing. A peaceful rural hideaway on the edge of the 25000 hectare Fontainebleau forest famous for its boulders. Shops 5 min. walk. The train station with direct trains to Paris Gare de Lyon every hour is a 10 min. walk away. 2.50€ a ride. Free parking at station. 55 min. train ride to the heart of Paris.
