Folsom: soggiorni in cottage

The view from this cottage alone is worth the price of admission. Add to that, plenty of space, great amenities like a hot tub and a pool table and you have a perfect getaway. Sami was welcoming and responsive. I highly recommend this spot. My suggestion is that you bring food to prepare so you don’t have to drive out for food. That way you can enjoy as much of the surroundings as possible.

I have to echo the other reviews: I stay in a lot of airbnbs, and this is one of the nicest ones I've ever stayed at. Every item, piece of furniture, and fixture was simply exactly where you expected it to be, and of very high quality. Total opposite of those Ikea special soulless spots that plague this app. It felt more like staying in a thoughtfully prepared guesthouse of a friend, if you were lucky enough to have a friend with such a place.

Cara’s place was amazing! Beautiful creek next to the cottage and close to lots of wineries and downtown Placerville. We especially liked the TV and how easy it was to watch our shows with the windows open and hearing the creek running in the background.

Thanks so much for the wonderful stay! Such a beautiful place! So quiet and peaceful. Felt very zen coming back to the space to recharge!

This was the perfect location for the wedding g we attended!

We will be back! Loved it so relaxing. We brought food to cook and enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen. Just remember to bring some oil. Great spot walkable to the state park and 1 min from the river. Nancy whom is the on site manager was wonderful.

Easy to get to, only 1/2 hour from Sacramento right on the I 80. The house was very cozy and comfortable. It was within walking distance to trails and town. Big shout out to Jill the neighbor who was very friendly and helpful.

The location was pleasant, quaint, and rather peaceful. It is a short walk to a nice park and historical downtown folsom. Jennifer is the front house tenant and is a complete joy! It was my daughters B-day and we flew in from texas so she was most generous by decorating ahead. Eric provided her information and I am thankful he has her right there willing to help. The home was clean as can be and had all the blankets, pillows and items we needed. This rental is well thought out and comfortable.

Aurelia was very kind and generous with her quick responses. This was a very unique property. I would stay again!

Lindsay’s place is beautifully designed. As hosts and real estate enthusiast ourselves we were inspired by the layout and thoughtful touches. High quality bathrobes from Portugal, record player with a huge stack of music options, Casa Luna bedsheets and comforter. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a landing point before making their way to either Lake Tahoe or Yosemite. We got lost with our espressos peering out the floor to ceiling cabin window on to the trees! Thank you Lindsay!

This was my second stay at the cottage. However, this time I lived at property for two months. Again, anything I could have thought of to feel at home was already anticipated by the host. The kitchen has recently been updated and looks great! The cottage is in a quiet neighborhood, very close to the historic district. I took advantage of the location daily. Restaurants, groceries, shopping, hair salons, post office, movies, and bank were all within walking distance. Sunjoo, Mina's lovely co-host, lives locally for any issues, although I had none. She is responsive and friendly without being intrusive. I highly recommend the cottage and look forward to future stays.

I think this is the fourth or fifth time we have stayed here. I kinda wanna keep it a secret. Perfect in all ways and just what I needed. Cheers!

I had a really pleasant stay. You can see (and hear!) the river rushing by from the cabin. It was incredibly serene and the cabin had all the amenities I needed (and more!) Highly recommend!

I loved my stay here, one of my favorite places. It was so beautiful, peaceful, quiet, cozy, clean, felt at home. I loved all the windows with light coming in, the views of nature and the simple interior that made it such a restorative space for me to have time to write, rest and be. Loved being able to go for walks, be in nature and surrounded by it. I hope to stay here again … lovely people and place.

if you are.looking for a charming weekend get away with woods, rivers and quaint towns, this is ur place. a cottage with a private bedroom and room for spares in the main, u can't go wrong. mimi and ric have it all ready for you! a kitchen fully equipped with all the necessities, football, gas grill, darts and a big TV with roku plus an apple input so you can watch all ur shows while surrounded by nature. super cute friendly goats eat all ur veg scraps! and pretty easy beautiful hikes to the river. Great wifi, bed is comfortable plus a trundle in main room. they thought of everything! very safe and secure location i would 10/10 stay again and recommend to anyone who wants a quiet get away with easy access to restaurants, history, and all types of outdoorsy stuff. oxo

I absolutely loved this place! I can't with my daughter and newborn and Kippy went out of her way to provide whatever we needed! the place is cozy and emacilate!I wish I lived there! Highly recommend! it had everything you'd ever need... totally stocked! would love to go back!

This is a very quiet and restful place in the countryside. Large pond and lawn area, house is best I've ever been to. Absolutely incredible.

Absolutely perfect weekend of wine tasting in the area topped with the jewel If staying at the cowboy cabin. Rustic, away from all the world, sparkling star gazing and appointed for anything you might need. 2 bedrooms we’re warm and cozy, enough for 2 couples or small family Full kitchen had all the goods and the fire place stove was the center of attention! We found books in the cabinet and put our feet up in front of the fire with wine we discovered on our adventures Wendi was point of contact and responded within minutes of any chat and had all the answers needed Thank you Wendi and Carlos for creating the perfect hiding spot from the cares of the world!

Excellent!!! I stayed here with my family for a few days and this lovely cottage was even better than the pictures . The rooms were squeaky clean, fresh and modern. The kitchen supplied more than we expected which was very nice, and a lovely bottle of wine was waiting for us. The views / scenery were just stunning , the surroundings were nice and quiet - we all slept very well! The decor was tasteful and relaxing with modern / new furnishings . Beautiful balcony with the most relaxing views! Close to the town but spaced out enough to have peace and quiet . Highly recommend staying here - it was the best experience we have had in an Air Bnb . Thank you Suzanne and Frank for this lovely stay, you helped make our trip outstanding.

Joseph has a beautiful cabin on the outskirts of the city of Ione. Location is great as it is right off the road and the house number can be easily located while you are driving. Cabin is old style but immaculately maintained. Kitchen is cozy and generously stocked with utensils. Joseph is one of the most friendly hosts that you would come across. He called me to make sure that we have a comfortable stay. I wanted to setup my telescope in the rear part of the property, away from the lights, and he even offered to bring in some extra chairs in case we need them. That was really nice of him. Even before we got there Joseph sent me lot of information on the local places and events to see. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place to stay this cabin is an excellent deal. Thanks.
