Beautiful place, well appointed, comfortable and great location. Very close to the beach. Gorgeous beach and surroundings. Loved having our coffee and meals on the screened-in porch.

This was the perfect space for me, my husband and 3 year old. The condo was spotless and included everything we needed for our stay, from coffee to beach toys and chairs. The balcony provided great views of the beach and we spotted dolphins while drinking coffee out there in the mornings. The beach, pier, pool, restaurants and shops were all within walking distance. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Nikki’s place.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. Very spacious and perfect for our group. Everything was super clean. We loved the peaceful view of the lake! Fun times in Charleston!

Richard's apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The bed was large and cozy. The refrigerator was huge (by German standards) and stocked with delicious, high-quality drinks. The couch was very comfortable, and the TV was huge and offered attractive programs. Richard provided us with everything we needed for our beach visits. He even bought a baby chair for our little one. Conversation with Richard was easy, courteous, and very friendly. The location is absolutely ideal for exploring Charleston and the surrounding beaches. All in all, an absolute recommendation for your next trip.

This place is undoubtedly one of the best accommodations we've ever stayed in. After staying at numerous Airbnb rentals, this one stands out as perfect. The scenery is stunning, the home is impeccably maintained, and the communication was both helpful and clear. We are returning to Folly in October, and without a doubt, we will rent this place again if it's available.

Perfect spot for a music festival and beach weekend stay. Convenient to the beach and North Charleston Venues.

My husband and I were celebrating our 41st wedding anniversary. The location was perfect for the beach and restaurants. It was peaceful.The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had and we would definitely recommend and go back.

We absolutely loved this little home located on the creek north of Mount Pleasant. From the very beginning, Kathy was wonderful at communicating with us and made our transition to and from so easy. Her and her husband were so kind and helped us get our little boat situated in the water when we arrived. Our stay was exactly what we hoped it to be! Thank you for sharing your home with all of us. We hope to be back in the Charleston area again!

Melissa was a great host! Everything was easy and the place was beautiful. Great location with walkable beach access and easy drive to Mt pleasant and Charleston. we loved it and will definitely look to stay with Melissa again.

We enjoyed this Airbnb a lot! Lovely views back and front and the beach is maybe 3 minutes walk (look for the public access sign to the left, about three houses down). Great shower! Lovely kitchen! Comfy sofas! If we ever come back to folly beach, we would love to stay again. For the mobility challenged, it is only 12 steps to front door, unlike a lot of neighboring houses, which are on stilts and have 25+ steps. 😁

We enjoyed the house and it was larger than the pictures capture. we liked the openness of the kitchen, dining and living space. Great outdoor spaces as well. Quick walk to the beach and to a back dock overlooking the marsh. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. All was as advertised. Everything was clean and worked well. Definitely a great option!

Lovely home, perfect for our group of 7 friends enjoying a reunion. We had wonderful room in which to congregate — on the porch, in the house and hot tub— and everyone had space to be alone when needed. The view is unique and peaceful and beds were comfortable. Location offers easy access to everything although you will need a car (it’s not a walkable area). We found amazing restaurants nearby — Ellis Creek Fish Camp is casual & delicious with beautiful outdoor seating, and Edison James Island is a cook-to-order, spectacular evening out. The house was perfect for our family of 4. Kids loved playing outside on the rope swing, taking the kayaks on the river, and watching wildlife from the dock. The property is beautiful with a gorgeous view of the Bohicket River, oak trees dripping in Spanish moss, and azaleas and fruit tress blooming. Cyndi and Stephen are kind as can be and wonderful hosts. We loved exploring the area, too. The beach at Kiawah Island is a quick drive and absolutely lovely.

Donald is an excellent host! The house is advertised as a "dog's paradise" and it delivered. The fenced in backyard was well received by our dogs and the screened in porch made it easy to keep an eye on them as we enjoyed the amazing view of the expansive salt marsh. The location of the house is great too, at the tip of the island with not much traffic and just steps from an amazing beach. We love Folley Island and would definitely look to stay at Donald's Marsh House again.

Wonderful stay. Great location. We really enjoyed the screened in porch. It felt like home. Really, everything you might need. Plenty of towels, even beach towels. Condiments in the refrigerator, spices in the cabinet, and all the kitchen utensils and gadgets you might need. We really appreciated the small soft cooler to take on the beach and beach chairs. Beautiful view over the river. Close enough to walk to restaurants, bars and the beach but felt secluded. My husband says the only thing that was missing was a fishing pole.

Great location - very short walk to the beach. Very comfy bed. Great paths for walking and cycling. Mona was very responsive and had lots of information available in the condo of things to do in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

Found most things to be within 15-20 mins of location with easy access to freeways. Pleasant neighborhood.. felt very safe.

Great location with the pier, beach, access, and restaurants all within walking distance. The place was clean, cutely decorated, cozy, and the perfect place for the two of us to spend a few days. Elizabeth was responsive and friendly.

We stayed here with our family of 5 (3 young kids) and we loved every second. The unit was spotless and very comfortable to sleep, cook and relax in. We loved sitting on the screened in porch overlooking the marsh. Beautiful sunsets! The Seabrook Island amenities are awesome as well. We loved going to the beach and pools as well as eating at the Pelicans Nest. We can’t wait to come back! Definitely worth renting the golf cart as well.

Stayed here two nights and it was perfect. Everything was as expected. Beach access was simple, parking was easy. Provided beach chairs were a nice bonus.

Stayed for a few days with our small family. Grateful for the easy walks to the beach and the pool. There was plenty of play gear available for the beach. The kitchen was well stocked for a good cup of coffee and to accommodate some simple meals for our picky children. Great views in the morning, too!

The location was perfection, right near pool and playground. Easy walk to beach. The house thought of everything, appliances for kitchen, towels for indoor use, and was clean.
