Room 34 - The Ariston. This 2nd floor guest room has entry from a covered porch and a Queen-sized bed for up to 2 guests. The private bathroom is outfitted with a tub & shower. Take a dip at the largest pool on Folly Beach! Beach access is only 1 block away. Mini fridge, microwave, smart TV, & free WIFI are provided. No smoking. Pet friendly w/an additional $125 + tax fee for 1 dog only. Must be 21 years+. Guests will have 1 on-site parking pass. Updated soundproofing for a peaceful stay!

1,200 square foot Flat - Jasmine House

The Proprietor's Flat in the Main House has one, king-size bed and private bath with a tub/shower combination. Tastefully decorated with 18th century furniture, the private and luxurious flat also boasts a separate living room, dining room and kitchen in addition to beautiful hardwood floors. Amenities include hair dryer, iron/board, television, refrigerator, safe and high-speed internet access. These living quarters are the largest in the Jasmine House, totaling 1,200 sq. ft.

Enjoy a King bed, private bath, wifi, TV and a Fireplace in cooler months. Complimentary snacks, pastries and beverages. SWEETGRASS is located on the ground floor with access off the main piazza. Parking is available at reasonable rates in multiple lots within 2 blocks of the inn.

The Brass Lady

The Brass lady is perfect for a single person or couple enjoying a quick get away to Folly. With a full size brass bed and large shower, the comfy space has everything you need. Enjoy relaxing on the private porch with a private entrance after a day of surfing or relaxing on the beach. Continental breakfast is offered daily in the shared kitchen and dining area. While street parking in front is available it is not guaranteed. Free parking is generally found close by.

MAGNOLIA is located on the first floor with access off the main piazza. PARKING: there are multiple convenient parking lots 1-2 blocks away, ranging from $20-$30 per night.
