We’re perfectly located: a very short drive to downtown historic Charleston; a quick walk to Folly Beach County Park; and a five-minute walk to our great beaches! We’re also 2 blocks away from Folly’s Sunset Cay Marina and ship’s store To book our house, guests must be 25 years old or older; guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The 4th bedroom would be great for kids and has a couch and a bunk bed for kids to sleep, play games or watch movies. The fenced in yard is a great place to let the kids run, enjoy the sun, grill out, or have a few drinks on one of the decks with friends.
