The downstairs family bathroom includes a shower/bath combination whilst the upstairs shower room provides facilities close to the sleeping quarters, made up of a sizeable master bedroom and a large twin room.

Bridge Cottage is a recently renovated crofter’s cottage near Glenlivet, on the edge of the Cairngorms National Park. The ancient Packhorse Bridge, visible from kitchen and garden, offers stunning views in every season and is famously featured on the Glenlivet Whisky Logo. The cottage provides an excellent base for discovering the natural beauty, history and vibrant culture of The Cairngorms and Speyside region renowned for its breathtaking landscapes and a wide range of outdoor activities.

The Mill Cottage, Cairngorms National Park

The Mill is set on the side of a spectacular, secluded glen in the Cairngorms National Park, Scotland. In the 19th century it operated as a Watermill and has been lovingly converted into a 3 bedroomed holiday cottage. It is warm and comfortable and enjoys stunning views up the Corries glen to the summit of Carn Daimh. Please note. Should you be unable to travel due to a government imposed lockdown due to Covid 19, we will be happy to move the dates of your holiday or offer a full refund.

A bothy bedroom in the heart of the Cairngorms

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!

The Cabin is a self catering one room chalet that contains 2 single beds, table, chairs, armchairs and a kitchen. An enclosed bathroom with shower, toilet and sink is included. Water is provided by the Cromdale hills via filtration system. The Cabin is fully insulated and heated for a cosy environment. Entertainment consists of TV, video & bluetooth boom bar speaker. Placement of The Cabin is close to the back of the house which provides privacy for guests. WiFi is available.

Situated in the Cairngorms National Park, we are located at the foot of the Cromdale hills. A place to get away, relax and enjoy the natural surroundings! Nochty Studio is a eco cabin located on the edge of the small village of Bellabeg in the Cairngorm National Park, in close proximity to Ballater, Braemar, Royal Deeside and on the edge of Moray. The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop.

The Seafield Lodge Apartment is in a lovely location, converted from the old Seafield Lodge Hotel, which was popular for tourists, golfers and fishermen. Situated in the popular Woodside Avenue, it is ideal for the main town and it's surrounding attractions. The apartment is spacious and all rooms are of generous size and the flat is fully double glazed. There is a shared communal garden space.
