A comfortable, spacious 3-bedroom house conveniently located for all the town's shops and amenities. Located on the High Street the house has parking immediately adjacent and has a large garden with gated access onto the Speyside Way for riverside walks. The garden is sunny and sheltered with a large patio and other seating areas. The house has a spacious kitchen with dining area, a large lounge and a separate dining room. Upstairs has two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and the main bathroom.

Our cosy, modern 2 bedroom end-terrace cottage, is just off the High Street in Grantown on Spey. Private off-street parking and private garden. Downstairs is a fully equipped kitchen with a table and four chairs, a shower room/toilet and a living room with a large, comfortable corner sofa and TV with Freeview channels. There is also a lovely electric fireplace. Upstairs there are two bedrooms; one with a king bed and one with two single beds. On the landing, there is an office desk and chair.

Capercaillie Lodge is a cosy and welcoming 6 person (with option of 1 additional person and a travel cot) lodge situated near to the banks of the River Spey, on the Speyside Way walking route. Decorated and furnished to a high standard, complete with a wood burning stove, it guarantees a warm welcome at any time of the year. The cottage sleeps two, in a cosy king-sized bed, with direct access to a shower room. Downstairs, there is an open plan sitting, kitchen and dining room with log stove and views to the loch. Dufftown is 3 miles, Keith is 8 miles and the village of Drummuir is 2.5 miles Wifi service is limited due to location

Isla's Cottage, a traditional stone built home, set in the heart of Dufftown, the whisky capital of Scotland. A perfect base for exploring all the hidden gems that the Speyside area has to offer. Discover the whisky trail, go fishing, golf, kayaking, mountain biking or try one of the many beautiful local walks. Isla's Cottage is superbly located in the centre of Dufftown and within a five minute walk of all amenities, including bars, Restaurants, shops, cafes and the local bus service.

Kellas Lodge

The Gate Lodge, four star rated, is located at the entrance to Kellas House. A comfortable lodge offering a large sitting room with fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and comes with your own private hot tub. Please note there is a surcharge of GBP 8 per day per pet this can be paid cash to us. If your stay is longer than 5 nights you can use our laundry facility located at Kellas House (3 min. walk) please ask about this on your arrival if you like to use this facility.

The house is well located for Elgin town centre which is a 10/15 min walk.2 parking spaces are provided. It’s a home from home with new decked outdoor seating at the rear. Gas central heating. 2 double beds, kitchen including air fryer , bathroom. Please check the house rules, additional information for any questions you might have which might help when looking to book. Distilleries all a short drive . Glen Moray distillery a 10 minute walk . I visit my guests to say a quick hello.

The Old Church of Ord was built in 1834 and has recently been upgraded into a four bed roomed , four bathroom , dog friendly property set in six acres. The main hall has a wood burning stove in the seating area and a further lounge upstairs with views overlooking the garden .Outside there is a fenced garden with a barbecue , patio and wood burning hot tub for 8 with views of the surrounding countryside and Moray Firth. Off road parking in the gated area in front of the house.

The two-story cottage sleeps 6 adults and makes for a fabulous dwelling for both couples and families looking to explore the rugged Moray Firth.
