Taylor and Dylan’s place was the perfect place to stay while I visited family close by. They gave lots of really great recommendations, there was a walking trail on property - it was close to Floyd, rocky knobs, Mayberry mill and buffalo mountain. The house was very clean and had everything we could need. I would only recommend putting in the listing where the microwave is as it took a while to figure out: there are signs throughout but to my one fault I usually don’t read instructions. Also when I arrived the pilot light was off and I had to watch a video to relight it which I was able to do and we were able to enjoy the fireplace all week. The views from the cozy porch are beautiful. We visit meadows of Dan annually and will definitely be staying again !! Thank you

The honey house was just what we needed for our wedding weekend. Truly one of the best little slices of life. Anthony, and his bees, were the perfect hosts. When we first arrived, the WiFi wasn’t working properly, but Anthony was quick and responsive, and we were able to get it working again quickly. Although our stay was surrounded by the chaos of a wedding and heavy down pouring rain, we feel that this home still granted us peace. When we got the call the night before that our wedding would have to moved up ahead of time in order to avoid rain, we were panicking. But, in those moments on the porch listening to the rain on the tin roof, and watching the horses in the barn, and hearing the creek rush, we were able to center ourselves again. And then after the wedding, and we finally had time together, the house granted us the same thing. We spent the rest of the time dancing around, making breakfast, and looking forward to our lives. (Which consists of more honey house time for sure)

The place was super private and the view was so peaceful. The hot tub and sauna to ourselves was very relaxing and the AC worked well in the heat. The location is not close to much, but that was perfect because we had no intentions of leaving - the place was a perfect to unwind and relax. The only negative of this property was that during our stay we experienced wasps that would get inside the cabin. They mostly kept to themselves, but was a shock upon entering. David was super responsive and helpful with us dealing with it! While we enjoyed this location in the spring, we can imagine it being the perfect place no matter the time of year. Thank you for hosting us and we hope to be back sometime!!

It’s no wonder Patty & Tom have such stellar reviews! Their cabin is one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed in! Close to all Floyd has to offer, everything was meticulously thought of: fully stocked kitchen, extra blankets, water & snacks, and little touches -as a woman I really appreciated. I worked from the cabin the entire week, as the desk was the perfect spot to hold meetings and enjoy the view of the snow falling as well as the fireplace in the living room. Our bedroom was cozy, the period furniture all about the cabin adding a sense of whimsy. Each evening we cooked in the spacious, well equipped kitchen and enjoyed our meals at the dining room table. Best of all, Patty and Tom are gracious, kind, and the kind of hosts that Airbnb should strive for. We look forward to visiting Patty, Tom, and the Cabin again!

It’s really hard to put into words the experience we had during our stay, but we’re going to give it a shot… Because Jennifer & Greg absolutely deserve it. If you’re looking for something different, this place is 100% worth it. It’s the kind of place where you can enjoy quality time with friends while also finding moments to clear your mind and let your thoughts wander. Whether you’re into outdoor activities and want to explore the surroundings, or you’re more of an introvert who’d rather just soak in the artistic details and unique atmosphere of the house, there’s something for everyone. The first thing my friends and I said when we arrived was, “We have to come back.” And we truly hope we can make that happen soon.

We had a great time! The place itself is lovely-- an octagonal house in the middle of the woods, with a stream down the hill. We cooked over the firepit and ate under the stars. We waded in the stream and harvested wild ramps to season our dinner. Kathryn was very responsive to messages and questions, though the guidebook she'd made for the house was very comprehensive. We would definitely stay here again!

Twin Falls Getaway is impeccably clean, inviting, and tastefully decorated. The host’s attention to detail creates a warm and comfortable atmosphere that feels like a home away from home. Although we stayed for just one night while passing through, we would gladly choose to stay here again.

It is a wonderful place with amazing surroundings. The inside of the house is also very well maintained, feels right at home, and has a lot of space inside.
