A 10-foot dinghy with small outboard to come & go from shore "ONLY", nowhere else. I also offer Personal Training, deep tissue work & Life Coach sessions. EnjoyScenics views of downtown Miami and the entry port.On the other side the islands that connect it to Miami beach. The boat is on a mooring, with unique 360 degrees view. At same time require to go from shore with a dinghy .we provide the service. We include 1 roundtrip per day then it's $7 per trip . Regular hours it's from 730 am till midnight. We have some exceptions for after hours with previous arrangements and during the ultra festival till 3am.And till 1:30 during art Basel .

This ferrocement boat Later Gator was made in Sweden in 1973. That’s right! It’s made of concrete! The boat circumnavigated the globe twice before eventually ending up here in sunny Sanford FL. We spent 2 years completely renovating everything and tried to leave as much of the boat’s original personality intact while adding modern amenities. Laundry facilities, showers and restrooms, diner, and marina store all on site, and downtown historic Sanford and river walk close by.

Hunter 26 Sailboat

A one-of-a-kind experience for those who want to enjoy Miami from a different perspective. Can accommodate up to two people, includes a basic toilet and freshwater. The boat is anchored in Biscayne Bay, which allows you to view the Miami skyline from a distance. You'll be in the famous Coconut Grove area. I will be taking you from the dinghy dock to the boat. Two kayaks are included for guests.

The boat is moored on our private dock which leads to the backyard of the house where we live and have Airbnb guests. You are welcome to use entire boat with maximum of two in your party.
