Our stay at Heather’s condo was exactly what was advertised. It’s a beautiful place and in a fantastic location close to the beach and several other stores and restaurants. Heather was always extremely quick to respond to our questions which was very much appreciated. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book with her again. I would highly recommend her and her condo in Destin at The Palms of Destin!

This was our third time staying here. We love it! Everything is so clean. It is nicely decorated and very comfortable. We love the extras. Soft towels, comfy pillows and full size refrigerator. We'll be back!

It was so nice not having stairs to climb to get in! It’s tucked away nicely, private, peaceful, lovely board walk to the bay side! Very clean and easy to keep clean. We had a very relaxing trip and stay!

By far the friendliest and most responsive host I've ever had the pleasure of booking with. The whole process was super easy and stress-free! Loved the condo, for the first time the place actually looked just like the pictures. VERY clean and impressed with the fully stocked kitchen. I loved it so much I extended my stay :)

Great location for a weekend on the beach!

We highly recommend the Palace. Beautiful area with lots of trees and parks within walking distance. The apartment was very clean with stylish decor. Kitchen is fully equipped with space for meal preparation. The neighborhood felt safe. It is in a good location with lots of entertainment and restaurants close by. Looking forward to staying here again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was clean and cozy. There are some cute parks nearby and I felt very safe in the neighborhood and the neighbors were very friendly. It is pet friendly too which is a big deal for us as I go nowhere without my pups. We had different family members staying at different times and there were lots of extra sheets so we could provide clean ones without doing a bunch of laundry, we did wash the ones we changed out though. There were some little beach chairs and even a couple umbrellas! Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the showers. We can’t say enough great things about this location! Some of our other family got a unit in town that looked nothing like the pics but this one is true to the pics. I emailed with a question that the answer was literally hanging on the wall and Matteo responded with a kind answer. I would suggest possibly some xtra fleece blankets in closets for those that don’t have hot flashes lol! Would DEFINITELY stay here again!

This home was by far one of the best I have stayed in. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful home, and private. The house was also equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen. 10 out of 10 recommend.

The home was absolutely beautiful and clean! We loved the room with the pool table and the top deck. Every room was also exceptionally clean. We would definitely stay at this home again!

Our family had a great time at this place. Rita was very responsive and informative. The location on Redfish was very quite because it is off the main road and the backyard has a nice pine tree buffer. The house was very clean, and all the modern appliances worked great. We loved the bicycles and the great bike path on 30A. We were able to bike to many places. Such as, Blue Mountain Beach Public access. Only wish we had lounge chairs on the back deck.

Beautifully decorated, super clean MCM house. Every detail is great - yard games, kitchen amenities, comfortable beds, nice laundry room, tv’s for everyone for movie nights, gorgeous original tile in bathrooms. Such a fun rental. Thank you!!!

This is our second time staying with Meredith and we absolutely love everything about our stays here. We travel to the area at least once a year and Meredith will always be our #1 option when we are in town. Great location, the home is perfect for us with 4 adults and 2 kids and communication is always top notch. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. The location is great, right next to Rosemary Beach, and the neighborhood offers tram service to and from the beach. The host was highly communicative, and answered our questions and addressed our feedback. We’d love to return, thanks for a great stay.

Exactly what the listing says !! The view - OMG ! You could hear waves crashing all the way in the master bedroom ! The lobby was clean , pools clean , great area, easy access to everything ! We booked at the last minute and Julie text within minutes approving our stay ! It was so easy to work with her ! The kids LOVED the built in bunk beds with their OWN TV’s!! Fully stocked kitchen was awesome!! We hardly had to leave since we had everything we needed there ! I have already sent this listing to multiple people when they vacation in Destin ! Could not have been more pleased !!

My family enjoyed a wonderful week at Erica’s condo. Our party included 3 adults and 3 kids (elementary & middle school aged) and we all had plenty of room to relax before and after our full days at the resort pools and at the beach. The kids especially enjoyed the great views of the active turtles in the duck pond, who gather to sunbathe just below the balcony! Since the beach and largest resort pool is a 6-10 minute walk from the condo, we wish we’d brought a wagon to tote our tent/chairs/floats/towels. A good idea for anyone with beach belongings! We all (adults & kids alike) thoroughly enjoyed the lagoon pool, restaurant, and the private beach access. We drove to St. Andrews State Park (15-20min drive) and spent the day snorkeling, finding shells, and even spotted jellyfish & sting rays! Great spot and will definitely stay again. The views are fantastic being on the 16th floor. Easy access to the beach, multiple pools outdoor and an indoor section. Convenient and close to anything you need during the trip.

Description & instructions were on point, beautiful views, we seen dolphins from the balcony. Sunrises & sunsets are close by room to view. peaceful mornings for coffee and views. host always checked on us,ty for tips info snacks, ect. The lighted birthday sign was a cute touch. very modern decor. beach supplies to use. tiki bar was convenient on sight, with emerald water & white sands. Mcguires, beignets & brew, & Angels tacos were the best for food we tried. We enjoyed sightseeing checking out okaloosa pier/navarrebeach/destin commons & harborwalk village. Great family trip

our stay was perfect. The resort was everything Tufan said and more. We can't wait to come back.Hopefully next time for a 2 months.

Nice location for adults stay. The pool is good for stays in the summer but not heated or indoor for kids during spring break. Quiet and not overcrowded. One elevator was in and out with working while there. The storage room downstairs was a great plus!

We stayed for Mardi Gras weekend and it was fantastic. The condo was beautiful and modern. Extremely clean. We walked everywhere we went & the building was very quiet and private for being downtown. Highly recommend
