Walking distance to the Ohio river, a short drive to Devou Park which overlooks Cincinnati. Hiking and biking trails walking distance off Deveril street in ludlow as well Grocery across street.

One queen bed and an additional guest can sleep on the fold out couch. The space has a private entrance and free parking on a quiet street. Pet friendly and and fenced yard. Three minute walk to the park, 7 minute walk to the local entertainment district.

It’s a 13 minute drive from downtown,.The grocery store is about seven minutes away and lots of restaurants in the same area, 25 minute drive from the airport. There is a camera in the hallway.
