Welcome to the Historic Chandler Bungalow! Built in 1933 & recently restored with all of it's original charm. Our passion is to breathe new life into historic homes. We love history and to imagine the stories & memories that happened here. We’ve spent the last 6 months falling in love with the character of this sweet, sweet space and have updated it ever so slightly to make it a perfect place for guests. Cozy private guest suite in a quiet neighborhood. Private entrance with smart lock. King sized memory foam mattress in the bedroom and the couch can be turned into a full size bed. The room offers a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, and a TV equipped with Roku for all your streaming needs. Conveniently located next to many shops, local restaurants, and only a short drive away from Bell Bank Park and the Mesa airport. Level 2 EV charging (14-50 NEMA socket, 50 amp breaker) accessible to guests!

The Tiny House - AKA "Tree House"

The Tree House / Tiny House is our 200 sq ft guest house, nestled in our private primary residence back yard. This little house has everything you'll need for a short stay. The DOUBLE bed turns into couch. Small Fridge, burner, microwave, coffee maker & other essentials. private toilet and shower (no bathtub). Walking distance to L.O.S.T. Trail which connects to the Arizona Trail, walking distance to bridge that leads to main street and access to wifi, grill, hot tub and private parking.

Cougar on the Mountain Casita

Retreat to your centrally-located private casita, at the foot hills of the Superstition Mountains. Walk/bike/drive less than two miles into town and enjoy what Mesa and Apache Junction have to offer. Walking and hiking trails are plenty simply by crossing the road towards the Superstition Mountains. Also, each spring and fall solstices the cougar appears on the Superstition mountain in front of us (unless over cast). This is one of the top 50 things to see in AZ

Saddle Lane Casita, North Central Phoenix, AZ

This hidden gem is centrally located on N Mountain in N Central Phoenix. 20 min to downtown Phx, 20 min to W. Valley, Scottsdale, Tempe, and Phoenix Int'l Airport. Our Casita features 1 room with a king bed, 1 bathroom, and a patio that faces west to enjoy Arizona's beautiful sunsets. We have a very steep driveway, and a full flight of stairs to the casita. If you have trouble walking or have knee and/or breathing problems, this is not the place for you.
