The Sinclair Suite

This 1 bedroom/1 bath private home was originally a historic Sinclair gas station. Renovated in 2023, we’ve kept as much of the original building’s elements as possible while restoring it to create both a unique and relaxing experience. The bay area has been converted into a living/sleeping space that includes a TV & seating area as well as two queen-sized beds and a sleeper sofa. The former office space now features a full kitchen. A back patio, firepit, washer & dryer are all located on site.

Comfortable beds, fresh linens and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals. There is NO washer/dryer on the premises but a Laundromat is nearby. Enjoy a meal or the evening shade in the backyard. Perfect location for visiting Caprock Canyons State Park, spending the weekend at Bob Will's Days, or your annual hunting trip. Plenty of room with 2 queen beds, 1 full, and 1 twin. It has a fully stocked kitchen as well as a propane grill. There is plenty of parking area for trucks/trailers.

Cotton Canyon Oasis

Beautiful views of Caprock canyon, cotton fields, wildlife and more. Property has a 1 acre pond 300 feet from the house which makes for a great relaxing stay. The property has a barn and pens and all the facilities needed when traveling with livestock. Please note base price includes up to 4 guests. Additional $75 per person per night.
