This is a private suite upstairs in our house, blocked off from the rest of the house. We own and manage this property, it’s not an investment, but extra space we are happy to share. We are a mile from downtown Flagstaff. The suite is 2 rooms plus a large bathroom, around 500 square feet. The queen bed has a Beauty Rest Pillowtop mattress, and there is a blowup single mattress. There is a fridge and microwave for leftovers. We do not allow pets. There is one guest parking spot in the driveway.

Welcome, friends, to my home in the quiet, family friendly Cheshire neighborhood. Cheshire is located at the northern edge of Flagstaff. From my home you will see forest, hills, and mountains in every direction. I have converted a good portion of my home into a one bedroom suite, with a queen Murphy Bed, private entrance, kitchenette, living area, and private bath.
