Welcome to Sedona! This Cozy Cottage Studio is all NEW and private. It is in a quiet, yet centrally located neighborhood in West Sedona. You will be in close distance to shops and spas, restaurants, movie theater and hiking trails. Rest up in comfort & feel rejuvenated! NOTE: Please be aware of the policies and rules of my cottage. No check-ins on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. No animals allowed due to allergies. Absolutely NO SMOKING in the cottage or property! Penalty imposed. Thank you.

Built in 2017 on a quiet street in historic downtown Flagstaff. A 10 minute walk to downtown Flagstaff, 2 blocks to Thorpe park and unlimited hiking and biking on Observatory Mesa. A radiant heat concrete floor on 1st level and solid hickory on the stairs and 2nd level bedroom. An abundance of natural light from the many windows and skylights. The design is centered around the well equipped kitchen with a high ceiling, purple appliances, unique marble counter top and other high end finishes.

After a day of fun and adventure, relax and enjoy the mountain views on the newly built stone patio with a gas fire pit. Got your pooch with you, we got a spacious fenced in yard for all to enjoy….pls note it is not escape proof :)

Nestled under sycamores and pines of a quiet neighborhood in the Heart of Sedona, Blackhawk’s Nest is a lovely 2 story cottage getaway on waterfront property. This home combines simplicity and elegance with its open-air design, adorned with original artwork, a graceful spiral staircase leading to a master bedroom and balcony overlooking a riparian woodland and views of Oak Creek. Relax to the sounds of flowing water, singing birds, cicadas, and wind through the pines.

Quail Hollow Casita

Quail Hollow casita is a "small house" that has everything you need! You'll be located in Jack's Canyon, which is a 5 minute ride to the Village of Oak Creek. A kitchen remodel with stainless & granite was completed in March of 2021. The back of the house features a rear deck with pergola and walk down stairs to a patio with fire table and zero gravity chairs. We recently updated our internet to high speed Starlink - no limitations on streaming or Zoom calls!

Hiker's Heaven - Cottage near the creek

Hiker's Heaven is a place to reset and rejuvenate close to nature. Hike and swim Oak Creek, a 2-minute walk away!! Lie in bed and watch the stars or wake up embraced by the trees you view through the bedroom skylights. Walk to the famed Red Rock Crossing. Hike Secret Slick Rock for an amazing sacred experience, bringing you to a breathtaking view of Cathedral Rock and very sacred location. A hammock provided for lounging by the creek or sleeping under the stars!

Adorable mountain cottage steps away from the forest. Easy highway access. Perfect central location for visiting either Sedona or Grand Canyon. Top to bottom renovation completed in November 2019. Stylish modern kitchen with gleaming quartz countertops in both the kitchen and bathroom. Sunny laundry room. After a day of exploring Northern Arizona, you can come and kick back by the cozy fire or sit on the charming porch with a glass of wine and enjoy!

Cute 1 Bedroom, 1 bath home located on the historic Oak Creek Ditch overlooking nearby farms. Close to wineries, Sedona, Cottonwood and Jerome. Bedroom features a king-size Tempur-pedic mattress; living room has a double-size sofa bed. Kitchen has everything you need to make family meals, if you are so inclined. Historic Cornville Stone Church located across the street. Peaceful and beautiful inside and out!
