Perfect for families, surfers or a romantic break. A few minutes stroll down the slope to the beaches or a 5 min walk to the world famous surfing beach at Fistral. The designers have created a Boho Beach Theme throughout with every attention to detail creating a luxurious calm ambience. The Hideaway is a light, modern, one bedroom detached property situated on the edge of the sleepy village of St Newlyn East...yet only 3 miles from the A30 & our local beach, & only 5 miles to the lively bustle of Newquay. The downstairs is open plan. Above is a mezzanine bedroom with a seating area providing wonderful views. The property offers non-smoking, self catering accommodation with its own south facing, private, courtyard garden, surfboard/suit storage & off-road parking for one car.

My house is situated just a three-minute flat walk from Perranporth beach and village centre in a cosy, quiet cul-de-sac with offroad parking for two cars. Perranporth is an excellent base for exploring many places in Cornwall, as it's just 8 miles from Newquay and Truro. Facilities include super-fast Wi-Fi, a 4K TV, a kitchen with laundry facilities, and a bathroom with a luxurious rainhead power shower.
