My sunny home is a short walk down a private road to Polzeath Beach, surf schools and a number of lovely shops & restaurants . You’ll love my place because of the seaviews and open farmland to the rear. There are fantastic walks all around. This property is suited to couples, groups of friends and families. Max 10 please Newly renovated with brand new comfy beds and beautiful bathrooms. The Summer Shack has 2 large sofabeds, can sleep 2 kids or adults, or just use it as an extra living room.

A bright & spacious family home with private garden, 250m walk to Polzeath beach. Apr-Oct, minimum 7 nights, Fri-Fri only. Nov-Mar, minimum 3 nights. Message me for alternatives. The house has a BBQ, smart TV, Ping Pong table, surf boards, books, games and hot outdoor shower. The garden is full of flowers with a south facing deck, perfect for dining outside.
