Fishtown, Filadelfia: soggiorni in alloggi con patio

The location is perfect for getting to restaurants and shops in the area and there was a couple grocery stores within a few blocks to pick up supplies. The patio/deck was absolutely wonderful and we spent mornings and evenings outside. It is a busy street even during the week so if you are looking for super quiet, it's not. However, the back bedroom was quieter and did not have the street noise. We didn't mind at all and it was worth being so close to everything. They provided ear plugs for anyone who is a light sleeper which was a very nice touch. We will definitely come back and stay next time we are in Philly. Thank you so much!

We were so impressed with this spot! We loved the back deck and great location in the city. You are extremely close to just about any part of Philly. One day we walked all the way to Brewery Town and another way down south to the where the stadiums are. Would definitely stay again!

The space is spacious. The beds are comfortable. The area seems to be safe. A little bit far away from the city center, if you planning to watch Philadelphia

Great location if you want to stay in close proximity to airport. Place is small, but great for just 2 people. Her directions to the place were great, I was able to find it quickly and I loved that I was able to park right outside the door.

Stayed here for a few nights as part of an out of town trip with some friends. We weren’t at the Air BnB a ton but it was perfect for what we needed. Everyone was able to sleep comfortably, all ammenities and rooms were as described and as presented in photos. Amanda and Rob were incredibly responsive if we had questions and very detailed instructions were provided around parking, checking in, checking out, etc. Enjoyed a night in Manayunk exploring the town, this is a great location for easy access down there (5-10 minute walk) The only cautions I’d say are the steps up to the unit are very steep and kind of shallow but there is a railing to help. Also this place is well up on a hill above the town area so in terms of walking around/back from town it is quite the effort. Thats nothing against the actual property, just more so about the surrounding area and something guests may want to consider. Overall would stay again - very clean, affordable, great communication.

I loved my stay here. It was so peaceful and quiet. I will definitely be back soon. The bed was so comfortable the kitchen so cozy.

Great, quiet place to stay!

Amazing historic building in a very historic part of Philly. The garage was a lifesaver as we had a pretty big suv and were working during the day and needed a place to park it. Surprisingly quiet for being on the ground floor , walls are thick... bed was comfy ... it was great !

My gang of friends agreed we’d happily come back here again - lovely setting & big driveway for parking; comfy bedrooms and generous number of bathrooms; well-equipped kitchen compared to most rentals; pleasant but unobtrusive decor; and short, clear host instructions. And it was so warm for December that we even got to hang out on the patio, also comfy & welcoming. I think the only things (and they were very minor) that we’d recommend adding would be conventional potholders, a few more sets of silverware, a couple more DR chairs, and a reminder sign about the step down from the kitchen into the DR. Overall, would definitely recommend!

This was the perfect house for our needs. We were visiting our daughter who attends a local University for Easter. Renauld's place was big enough to accommodate our family, and made a great hangout spot to connect with our daughter and a couple of her friends. The kitchen made for easy home cooked meals. The large living spaces made for great areas to play games. The walkable neighborhood, easy parking and conveniently located stores was also great. All in all we throughly enjoyed having this space to stow away and connect as a family. Thank you Renauld!

Katerina was a great host and her place is lovely. Very well appointed, with the kinds of high end finishings you don't normally see in rental properties in this area. Clean, responsive, great experience all around.

We had a great stay here and Angela was very easy to communicate with. Great places to visit such as The Franklin Institute and The Please Touch Museum for a kids were super short drives away.

Good value stay which had what we needed for a quick stop in Philadelphia. Easy access to the city centre and Matthew was communicative throughout. Would recommend to a group staying in the city.

Meng's condo is in a perfect location if you're looking to get around the city easily. Despite being in a high traffic area, we had no issues finding parking and getting around. The condo was spacious and fit all our needs for a weekend stay for a family wedding.

I do not normally write reviews, however, I felt the need to write one! I had the best experience staying at Angel and Frank's place. Not only were they super accommodating to my late check-in time, but they went the extra mile by waiting up until my arrival. The room was pristine—even better than a hotel, might I say! There was everything you could imagine and more in the room! From extra water bottles, some chocolates, and even an electric fireplace. Walking into the bathroom was like going into a CVS! There was everything you might need or had missed packing for your stay, for example, mini floss, toothbrushes, razors, Listerine, sanitary products, and the list simply goes on. I would 100% recommend staying at Angel and Frank's. The care I received was beyond describable and I would definitely return when I am back in Philly.

The space was even roomier, brighter, and lovelier than the pictures. The area was walkable, with tons to do, cool murals around every corner, and so many excellent food and beverage options. Natasha was a wonderful, responsive host. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was our third stay at Michael's place. We continue to come back because the condo is lovely, clean, and the perfect Trolley Square location — we can walk to all of our favorite coffee shops and restaurants. Great stay in Trolley Square.

We had a great 2-night stay for a quick family trip to Philadelphia with a 4 year old and 8 month old. The apartment was exactly as described with several thoughtful extras and in a great location for walking to the historic areas of the city. There was some road noise in the back bedroom (and you could hear the kids upstairs running around) but we quickly got used to it and it didn’t wake up the baby - so not a big deal. We only had one question (about parking) and Gabriel quickly responded, and it turned out that the info we needed had already been provided along with any other info we might have required. The place was family friendly as described and the only thing our 4 year old asked for that wasn’t there already was a stool to stand on in the bathroom :) Overall we had a very good stay and wished that we could’ve stayed longer.

Erica’s place is like being at home. The host are so kind & respectful. I loved the stocked kitchen , the cozy fire place , and the local recommendations that Erica added in the guest manual. I’m in love with the place as a whole , it’s very convenient & any questions I had Erica responded quickly ! 10/10 !

Great stay at Hala's. The place was clean, spacious, and airy, and we felt right at home. Nice suburban location,, quick to the city and surrounding suburbs.
