Hello dear guests! Welcome to the Sunflower House! Make yourself at home in our one-room apartment with separate kitchen and bathroom with shower. Enjoy your breakfast on the large sunny balcony. Our house is located in a quiet residential area. It is close to the bakery and to the shops. And the beach? As you hike or drive 20 minutes by bike in a short time to white sandy beach or you can drive north about 30 minutes to the pristine west beach. Must be easy to get to know! Relax in your holiday in a relaxed atmosphere , to know the country and its people, delicious fish to eat in butene within un in the mall or take advantage of the many great recreational activities such as horseback riding , surfing, kiting, fishing, swim , snorkel, bask in the white beach sand , tennis, cycling and much more. Please only book consecutive stays during June, July, and August! The day of departure is also the day of arrival. Please note that only one dog is allowed and may stay free of charge. The local tourist tax is to be paid directly to the landlord. Thank you.

beautyful Apartment at the sea

we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! Zingsthus is the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation by the Baltic Sea. Nestled in a quiet side street, it’s just a short walk from the beach. Der Bodden mit Badestelle, Spiel- und Grillplatz ist nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und auch in der Hauptsaison ist dieser Ort der ideale Platz um Ruhe und Entspannung zu finden.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr zentral, so erreichen Sie in wenigen Gehminuten die Einkaufsstraße mit Geschäften, Restaurants oder Bäckereien. Auch Strand und Meer sind ebenso schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.

Unter unserem Reetdach haben Sie den Bodden im Blick – die 70 qm große Wohnung teilt sich in zwei Schlafzimmer und einen sehr großzügigen Wohn- und Essbereich auf. Hinzu kommt ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, Toilette und kuschliger Eckbadewanne. Im Wohnbereich mit Sofas und Sessel sorgt der Kamin in stürmischen Zeiten für wohlige Wärme. Die voll ausgestattete Küche lädt zu geselligen Kochabenden ein.

Erholung zwischen Ostsee und Bodden

Ihr wohnt in einer gemütlichen Ferienwohnung nur 50 m vom wunderschönen Bodden entfernt. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage in Hafennähe, ca 1000 m vom Strand entfernt. Zum Zentrum sind es ca. 4 min Fußweg. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Eine Küche ist vorhanden

Fewo Schwanennest mit Boddenblick, Boot vorhanden

Die Ferienwohnung Schwanennest im Haus "Seeblick" ist rund 80 m von einer Lagune der Ostsee (Bodden) entfernt und hat somit eine Top Lage in Born. Für Angler haben wir auch Angelboote, die nach Absprache genutzt werden können.
