Everything that Port Jefferson Village has to offer -- the marina, Harborfront Park, restaurants, clubs, shops, galleries, skating rink, green market, Danfords -- is all within easy walking distance. There is a queen sized bed in the bedroom and the sofa has a pull out trundle which sleeps two people. Patchogue village is 1 mile away to enjoy exceptional restarants and bars , Davis Park Ferry is close by and you can get to Davis Park in 15 minutes by ferry. Kayaking and Paddleboards are fun on this beach !

Short walk to Main Street shopping, restaurants and nightlife and just minutes from the Fire Island Ferries and Long Island Railroad. Amenities include fully stocked kitchen, large deck for barbecuing with harbor views, natural wood fire pit with Adirondack chairs and fully fenced in yard.

-Our beach is private, key and beach tag provided- (in brown shed) This 1000+ sf home, features a newly renovated kitchen, outdoor shower, and many quirks that come with a 90 year old home. The furnishings are eclectic and vintage. Most of the flooring is also new. The beach and bluffs are only about a 2 minute walk. The 1/4 acre lot is shared with a secondary unit as you can see in the photos which is occupied by my sister.
