The cottage sits on the peaceful shores of Lake Kivijärvi with evening sun and a relaxing natural setting. The main cottage sleeps 8 with three bedrooms and a sofa bed, bathroom, utility room, kitchen, two toilets, and good storage. The sauna cabin sleeps 6. Comforts include a dishwasher, washing machine, drying cabinet, induction stove, Wi‑Fi, and municipal water. An EV charger is available. A rowing boat with a 6 hp motor is included, and a 150 hp boat can be rented with a separate agreement.

Villa Kinos is located next to pure nature and fresh water. From the living room you have views to the lake and if you get lucky you can see the aurora borealis. The villa has five bedrooms and can accommodate nine people. The villa has own finnish sauna, jacuzzi and a fire hut. You can enjoy those privately with your own group. Come & enjoy upscale cottage in lake district Finland with main and sauna house w/ 3 bedrooms with 6 beds and upper floor with 4 beds more, 2 saunas, upstairs game area and all necessary amenities + bathtub. Beach & terrace with amazing views to the south. Next to the main house, under the same roof, is a traditional wooden sauna annex with both indoor and outdoor cooling areas. There is also an outdoor fireplace with small "half-cottage" / laavu on the north side of the peninsula.

Tilava kelohirsimökki Iso-Syötteen huipulla Tunturikylässä upeilla maisemilla. Mökissä on neljä erillistä makuuhuonetta, tilava oleskelutila, jonka yhteydessä isompi ruokailuryhmä 8-10 henkilölle. Huoneistossa kaksi takkaa, kaksi wc:tä, kylpyhuone ja sauna. Tässä mökissä majoittuu isompikin seurue ja mökin ovelta pääsee nauttimaan lähes suoraan niin hiihdosta, laskettelusta kuin pyöräilystäkin.

We offer a big house with lots of opportunities to lounge, cook dinner together, walk in the forest, read in front of the open fire, take a sauna or a bath, or just hang out in the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and you can also barbecue in the garden.
