Kaunis erillistalo Alajärven rannalla rauhallisessa miljöössä 10km päässä Ivalon keskustasta. Rannassa hienohiekkainen matala ranta sekä puulämmitteinen rantasauna vieraiden käytettävissä erillisestä maksusta. Myös kota käytettävissä, puut maksusta. Talvella rannasta pääsee kelkkareiteille sekä hiihtämään. Lähistöllä kauniita ulkoilumaastoja. Lemmikkieläimet eivät ole sallittuja. Asunnon voi siivota itse, jolloin siivousmaksu palautetaan. Asuntovaunu omakotitalon pihassa

Metsän lähellä, rauhallisella alueella, omakotitalon pihapiirissä sijaitseva hyvin varusteltu asuntovaunu. Pihassa lasten leikkivälineitä sekä trampoliini. Lähellä hyvät ulkoilumaastot sekä urheilukenttä, jossa myös ulkoliikuntapaikka. Uimapaikka löytyy kävelymatkan päästä, lähdepohjainen Sorvasen lampi. Läheistä junarataa pitkin kulkevan tavarajunan ääni kantautuu vaunuun, juna kulkee muutaman kerran päivässä, muuten radalla ei junaliikennettä.
