טוב נתחיל בזה שהייתה הקבלת פנים הכי מתוקה שקיימת היא הגיעה עם הכלבה הקטנה שלה ואני חולת כלבים 🐶 היא הייתה כל כך נחמדה ואדיבה הסבירה לי את כל התפעול של הבית ואמרה שכל דבר היא זמינה הייתי שם 2 לילות ויכולתי להישאר עוד אם זה היה תלוי בי בטוח שאחזור ממליצה מכל הלב❤️

Dmitris is super friendly, helpful and communicative. Place is very nice, well equipped and close to the beach, playground and a nice promenade. apartment is cosy and comfy and the view from the balcony is very nice as well. very recommended. - is in a village so having a car is a must

Ho soggiornato per una settimana nella casa di Efthymios , voglio precisare che Host e la sua famiglia ci ha sempre aiutato in qualsiasi richiesta e in pochissimi secondi ci rispondeva e dava la soluzione. La casa e l’esperienza è stata fantastica e posto con una posizione strategica vicino a supermercati , spiagge , , bar , panetterie e dal centro con fermate autobus a pochissimi metri. Poi per quanto riguarda è stata una settimana magnifica ogni sera e mattina venivano a trovarci dei mici affettuosissimi cosa che ha reso ancora più magico questo soggiorno mi sedevo fuori in giardino con loro anche se sembra banale era fantastico! Posso solo dire che merita tantissimo il soggiorno qui anche per spostarsi per tutta la cosa ma soprattutto per l’accoglienza che mi hanno dato CONSIGLIATISSIMO SE RITORNO A CIPRO VERRÒ ANCORA QUI GRAZIE

Na prawdę polecam pobyt w tym hotelu wszystko było super, kuchnia wyposażona w najbardziej potrzebne rzeczy.

We had a great stay which was easily setup with Kia via Airbnb. The lovely Maria greeted us on arrival and showed us around the apartment and was always available for questions or recommending places to visit. The apartment was large, clean, well equipped and quiet at night and was just what we needed. The balconies get morning sun. The location is a short walk to the centre of Larnaca which has a number of restaurants and sights. There are numerous food stores and shops within walking distance. We hired a car at the airport and parked it adjacent to the apartment. The location of the apartment allows easy access to Larnaca airport and to the motorway network which allowed us to tour round the island. A very nice stay and we would go back again. Thank you again Maria for all your hard work and friendliness.

Superbe appartement avec une grande piscine. L'endroit est très calme et paisible. Pas loin des plages et surtout Ayia Napa. Si on revisite ce coin, on reviendra chez Salim :) Merci

We absolutely loved our stay. Ana was so incredibly kind and responsive, and was available for anything that we needed. The location is absolutely fantastic. So close to the beach and so many shops and restaurants. It is worth it for that alone, Larnaca is such a walkable area. The only very minor complaint is the living room area gets very hot, granted our stay was in the middle of July, but there is only AC in the bedroom. However, Ana was gracious enough to get us a fan and it made for a much better experience. We absolutely would stay again and cannot say enough good things about Ana’s hospitality and wonderful flat.

My stay was excellent. Everything was very clean and well-organized. The apartment is in good condition overall, and the location is great with a beautiful view. It has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful time in Larnaca.

The Apartment was very nice and clean. It is located only 5 walking minutes from the beach and many great restaurants. As well, a bus stop and grocery shopping possibilities were close. We especially appreciated how nice the host is. She always responded quickly and was very engaged to make our stay good, which it was. Thank you!

I felt completely at home as soon as I arrived. The apartment is really cosy: comfortable beds, lots of wardrobe space, a comfy sofa and Netflix! The kitchen has modern appliances and everything you need to cook. The rooftop is a real bonus, with a beautiful view - great for a bit of sunbathing. The area is very quiet and tucked out of the way, which was perfect for me. There’s a shop 5 mins walk away which has everything you need. Nicole is really friendly and helpful with some excellent recommendations for the area.

Exellent apartment for reasonable price! Clean, well-equiped and nice. Just let me notice that it's hard to get anywhere from this district without a car.

Nous n’avons passé qu’une nuit à Larnaca mais le logement de Karhade était très bien, conforme à la description et disposait de tout le nécessaire. Je recommande les yeux fermés 😊

The apartment was beautiful and spacious for my big family and friends.Everything was wonderful. Swimming pool was very nice . And the location was very quiet and clean! Walking to the beach was around 15 min or even less. Thank you Cecilia !

Tolle Gastfreundschaft ...hier merkt man, dass Jose Spanier ist . Sehr sauber und gutes schnelles Inernet . Komme gerne wieder mal vorbei .

Had a great two weeks in Dominika's apartment. It's just two minutes walk from UCLAN cyprus which is where my daughter is studying and who we were visiting. Pyla is a small village but we hired a car and visited Aiya Napa, Protoras, Lefkara, Limosol and Nicosia. The pool is lovely. It's a very quiet location. The balcony is a sun trap. Comfey beds and welll equipped apartments. The Happy Nest is a lovely local place to eat.

We stayed for two months while we were been house moves. The flat is exactly as described in text and photos. It is large, modern and well equipped with everything you need for a holiday including nice little touches such as soap and shampoo. Beds are comfortable, the balcony is a good size with comfortable seating which overlooks the pool and nice views of the valley and sea. There is plenty of undercover parking, we never had an issue getting a space. Euri was very helpful, friendly and always available for any questions. We had one minor problem and Euri sorted it out within 10 mins of us calling. Tersafanou is a quite village, there is a bus, but not sure how often it runs, you will probably need a car to get about. We cannot fault the property or Euri, we highly recommend both.
