"Our Little House"

This is a great little house for coming to visit friends and family in the area or if you're just passing through. We do not have central air, but we do have a portable air conditioner unit in the bedroom which makes it cool and comfortable. A lot of people that stay call "Our Little House" a cottage. I think it could also be called "The Little Cottage on the Highway". We are located on a highway, but our little house sits back far enough that the highway has never been a problem, noisewise.

Just two blocks from downtown & two blocks from BGSU, this 450 sq ft house - built in 1920 and completely remodeled for your comfort - features a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, and kitchenette all in a stylish, secure, and central location. Full of century-old charm & modern comforts, the cottage lies perfectly between Bowling Green State University to the east and vibrant, downtown Bowling Green to the west.

Property is centrally located to refinery and both hospitals in Lima. Property has (2) bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room and laundry located on first floor. Patio on back of house for grilling out. Two outside parking spaces. One car garage for parking small vehicle or space to work on project. Electric, gas, trash and internet included. Good selection of restaurants located close to property. Minimum 2 night stay.
