Filiatra: soggiorni in alloggi con lavatrice e asciugatrice

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Panagiota. L'appartement est magnifique, très agréable à vivre, confortable et très propre. La terrasse avec le jardin sont vraiment charmants et parfaits pour prendre un repas. L'emplacement est très pratique avec un parking gratuit. Enfin, Panagiota a été adorable, elle nous a accueilli très chaleureusement et très généreusement. En bref, un séjour absolument parfait !

Een fantastische lokatie! In een rustige straat gelegen op 10 minuten rijden van het oude Olympia. Het appartement is heel smaakvol ingericht, je voelt je er meteen thuis. Prachtig strak design met warme uitstraling door mooie kleden en kleine details. Elke slaapkamer heeft een eigen badkamer en de bedden liggen heerlijk. Als welkom wachtte ons een lekkere verrassing die we hebben genuttigd in het zonnetje op ons balkon. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en we wilden eigenlijk niet weg. Ik raad dit iedereen aan!

Το σπίτι ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Καθαρό και άνετο, είχε όλες τις ανέσεις και σε βολικη τοποθεσία στο κέντρο του χωριού. Και η συνεννόηση με τον Δημήτρη και την Φανή άψογη!

Τι να πω για την Κέλλυ! Ένας καταπληκτικός άνθρωπος σε ένα πανέμορφο χώρο! Η Κέλλυ μετά από αίτημα που κάναμε είχε την ευγενή καλοσύνη να μας επιτρέψει να κάνουμε μια μικρή μάζωξη στο χώρο της με catering. Ήταν ονειρικά, μια στιγμή για εμάς πολύ σημαντική που θα θυμόμαστε για πάντα! Ευγενική, γλυκιά, φιλόξενη! Πάντα πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε! Κάναμε κράτηση ολόκληρο το σπίτι, ένας πολύ μεγάλος χώρος έτοιμος να φιλοξενήσει αρκετά άτομα και πολύ όμορφος! Ένας κήπος υπέροχος, εξαιρετικά περιποιημένος! Είμαστε πολύ χαρούμενοι που επιλέξαμε αυτό το χώρο και ευχόμαστε ο δρόμος μας να μας ξαναφέρει σύντομα εκεί! Ο χώρος είναι κατάλληλος και για ανθρώπους που θέλουν ησυχία Και απομόνωση. Είναι ανάμεσα σε χωράφια με ελιές και απέραντο πράσινο! Μόλις 15 λεπτά από το κέντρο της Καλαμάτας και 4 λεπτά από τη Μεσσήνη! Δε μας δυσκόλεψε τίποτα! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ ❤️🌸

We spent two absolutely wonderful weeks at this dream location in the Peloponnese, nestled in a beautiful olive grove. The atmosphere is truly magical, with spectacular scenery surrounding the property—from green hills to the blue sea visible in the distance. It is the perfect place to disconnect from the daily hustle and enjoy the tranquility of nature. Our hosts, Nasia and Tasos, were incredibly kind and welcoming. They greeted us with generosity and took care of every detail, making our stay extremely comfortable. They were always available to offer recommendations on places to visit or activities to do in the area, which made our vacation even more special. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a peaceful, authentic spot surrounded by the beauty of Greek nature. Without a doubt, it's a place we would return to with great pleasure! Sehr schönes neues und modern eingerichtetes Appartement mit Blick ins Grüne. Für das Auto war ein sicherer Parkplatz vorhanden. Das Bett war super bequem und an allen Fenstern ist Moskitoschutz angebracht. Die Klimaanlage ist übrigens sehr leise. Die Küche war mit allem bestens ausgestattet. Sofia hat uns mit Frühstückszutaten, einer Flasche Wein und Softgetränken verwöhnt. Unweit der Wohnung gibt es fußläufig mehrere Tavernen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, da Sofia ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin ist. Vielen Dank dafür.

הנכס נמצא בסביבה שקטה חדרי השינה נוחים מאוד, יתרון בולט שהבריכה בנויה בתוך הבית וניתן להשתמש בה בכול מזג אוויר ומונע כניסה של חרקים. הנכס לא גדול אבל נותן תמורה ומפנק.

The village of Λεβεντοχώρι is absolutely charming and beautiful, and the people who live there are welcoming and hospitable. Antreas and his wife treated us like family from the moment we arrived. They guided us to their home from the local taverna, they provided breakfast every day, had plenty of supplies in the kitchen, and their home was very comfortable. With ocean views, beautiful olive trees, and plenty of animals roaming the property, it felt like a truly immersive village experience. I have family in the village, and when I told Antreas that we were in town to visit them, he was overjoyed! He knew them of course, and it felt like this connection made our stay there even more special. I couldn't have asked for a more wonderful place to stay, and I will surely come back one day with my family. The sun, the ocean, the fresh delicious food, and most importantly - the people of the village made this trip something special for all of us.

Περάσαμε ένα υπέροχο τριήμερο στη Στεμνίτσα και το σπίτι που μείναμε ήταν απλά μαγικό! Πεντακάθαρο, ζεστό, με παραδοσιακή διακόσμηση που ταίριαζε απόλυτα με την ατμόσφαιρα του χωριού. Η θέα από το μπαλκόνι μάς έκοψε την ανάσα – ιδανική για καφέ το πρωί ή ένα ποτήρι κρασί το βράδυ. Αυτό όμως που έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο ξεχωριστή ήταν η οικοδέσποινα, η Σοφία. Πάντα πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει, ευγενική και φιλόξενη, απαντούσε άμεσα σε κάθε ερώτηση και μας έδωσε εξαιρετικές προτάσεις για φαγητό, βόλτες και αξιοθέατα στην περιοχή. Έκανε τα πάντα για να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Τη συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα – και σίγουρα θα ξαναπάμε!

The ‘welcome to your holiday home’-goodies were incredibly thoughtful and equally delicious. That plus the extra cleaning and fresh bedlinnen and towels made everything extra nice. Xenia! The beach house has a really good vibe. We loved sitting in the sun on the terrace. Listening to the sea and the birds. Enjoying the flowers and the trees. Nice walking distance to Ag. Nikolaos with cute harbour with nice restaurants and Leonardo for ice cream! We rented bikes at Mani By Bike (10min walking south from the coast). Nice to cycle to Stoupa with kids. Can highly recommend!

Όπως ακριβώς το περιγράφει Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ άνετο,είχε όλα όσα μπορείς να χρειαστείς για ανάγκες μέσα στο σπίτι. Είναι σε προσβάσιμο σημείο για σουπερμάρκετ και ότι αλλο θέλεις Παρκινγκ έβρισκες άνετα γύρω στα στενά Και ας ειχε κίνηση απο αυτοκίνητα ήταν μια ήσυχη περιοχή.

This is a great place to stay. The location is excellent - walkable to town, but a little bit outside of it. There are lovely views from the second floor. The unit and the surroundings are well-kept. Value seemed very good. One thing that was somewhat unclear to me from the listing is that it's a two-unit building. The main downside of this is that I was occasionally able to hear voices through the wall. The pool is shared (which is fine, and I never encountered anyone there). Otherwise the location is quite private. Note: I didn't have any reason to see the second bedroom, which has its own entrance from the outside, but I have no reason to think that it's other than as advertised. All in all, a lovely spot, and a great value. I'd be very happy to stay again.

Very nice place place close to three beaches in Traditional village. The place had all the amenities and our host was kind enough to leave 6 liters of water. We will be back.

We had a lovely couple of days staying at Androniki’s guest house. Very comfortable place, well equipped and some welcome gifts waiting for us on arrival which was a lovely surprise. Morning sunlight on the balcony made for some very pleasant breakfasts. Androniki was a very responsive host, not overbearing but answered any questions quickly. Stemnitsa is beautiful and there’s some lovely walking nearby and from the door. Just make sure you have done your shopping before you arrive as no shop in the village. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful accommodation in Kalamata! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach, local restaurants, and historical sites. It made exploring the city so easy. What made our stay extra special was the thoughtful welcome pack with local produce. We were greeted with fresh olives, olive oil, and other local delights, which gave us a real taste of Kalamata’s traditions. The host, Victoria, was incredibly warm and welcoming, always available to offer tips and make sure we were comfortable. Όλα ήταν τέλεια, το διαμέρισμα πολύ ωραίο και καθαρό, μας είχε νερά, σνακ, αφρόλουτρα, πολλές ηλεκτρικές συσκευές, μέχρι και ομπρέλα είχε που ξεχάσαμε να πάρουμε.

Casa moderna e mobilio nuovo. Perfetta per 4 persone anche per più giorni. Il posto auto in garage un ottimo plus. Ottima accessibilità mediante ascensore. Portare con sé bagnoschiuma, shampoo e detersivo lavatrice perché non sono forniti dall’host.

Very enjoyable stay! The bed was the most comfortable I had my whole trip. Very close to all spots you would want to go to in town. We had a toddler and the books, coloring books available were great. We did well to keep him away from the stairs and entertained around the kitchen. The long hallway was fun for him to run up and down too.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Sofia. c'est une hôte très accueillante et véritablement sympathique ! L'endroit est paisible et se trouve facilement. Sofia est réactive et nous a gentillement lavé et plié notre linge. Le petit plus : nous avons pu cueillir quelques oranges dans le pré juste à côté.

Fantastic apartment, and great host that helped with anything we needed including reccomendations of where to go or where to eat. The room is amazing, and the bed is super comfortable. The apartment setup had everything we needed and was fantastic to have somewhere to get some washing done. This was one of the best places we stayed throughout our two week trip around Athens and Peloponnese.

Βολικό διαμέρισμα σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία στο κέντρο της Καλαμάτας. Προτείνω κάποιες βελτιώσεις όπως πιο μαλακά στρώματα, περισσότερα λευκά είδη για τις 5 διανυκτερεύσεις και να υπάρχουν ειδη καθαρισμού του σπιτιού (για χρήση απο τον πελάτη).

Πολύ ευχάριστο περιβάλλον με ευγενικό οικοδεσπότη! Πολύ καθαρό και καλαίσθητα διακοσμημένο
