Enjoy a perfect oceanfront family getaway on Oak Island's West Beach. This 2nd level unit of our beach house has separate entrance, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and sleeps six guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, full size fridge, microwave, stove/oven, and dishwasher. This Beautiful 2nd floor Suite was built with you in mind!! This House is set up as a duplex, The top floor and bottom floor both have private entrances and private yards. Nothing is shared, completely private! As soon as you walk into the extra wide staircase you will immediately feel you are on vacation! Located about 10 minutes to either downtown or the beach, very centrally located! After a long day, make sure you wind down in the hot tub that is in your private yard for your use only

25 West Upstairs

25 West Upstairs is a 3 bedroom 2 bath beach house just over 1400 sq feet. This is a very spacious unit with easy access to all that WB has to offer! Great views of Banks Channel from the large front deck. A short walk to the ocean, Johnny Mercer's fishing pier, restaurants and watering holes. Bring your paddle boards (or rent nearby) for easy access to Banks Channel just at the end of the street. Need more space? The downstairs unit is a 2 bedroom 1 bath and available for bookings also.

Perfect location for kayaking, canoeing, golfing, bicycling, fishing, crabbing, scenic walks. Nestled on a secluded salt marsh tidal creek that leads to the nearby Intracoastal Waterway and Atlantic Ocean, enjoy outdoor privacy, beauty, and nature yet with nearby beaches, restaurants, shopping, golf, and boating. Parties and events are not allowed.
