We originally booked this to see Edinburgh (easily accessible by train I may add!) but we discovered North Berwick was lovely as well! The home was perfect for our large family. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and the large dining table was great. The sun room was our favorite part! 10/10 recommend and we would love to come back!

We stayed in Caroline Anne’s lovely property over the Easter weekend with our two cocker spaniels. We had no trouble accessing the property (I knew where it was as I have stayed there previously with friends for a wedding) based on Caroline Anne’s instructions. We were met with a spotless property and a lovely welcome package which included items such as a fresh loaf, shortbread, milk and even prosecco! The house is tastefully decorated: enough touches of decor to give the homely feel but still able to see how clean it is. This appeals to me greatly as I’m quite fussy with booking rentals. The girls loved exploring their holiday property and especially loved the secure back garden. The treats and supplies left for them was a really nice touch and appreciated. It was the perfect place to stay for us to explore Fife. My bf is a golfer so he plans a return stay. There’s a small beach 5 minute walk and so the dogs plan a return too. Wonderful experience, thank you Caroline Anne.

Amazing little stay. It’s so peaceful and secluded. Nikki and Darren were so lovely and helped with anything we needed. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back. Thanks again! Courtney and Ross x

The host were amazing, friendly and always helpful. The cottage has unbelievable views and the area is great for walks, family holidays close to forest and beaches. I would recommend it and you wouldn’t want to leave.

Een appartement dat oor een groep golfers geweldig is. Vier kamers met en-suite badkamers. Een goede living met grote TV. In het centrum van Gullane. Alles voldeed aan de verwachtingen. Omdat er geen huurders waren de dag ervoor, konden wij al om 09.00 uur het appartement in. Dat hebben wij zeer op prijs gesteld.

This is an ideal place for a family get together. we were 6 adults, a 17 month old and a dog. The interior had loads of space for all and all the beds were comfy. There are lots of places to walk on the property with the dog and a lovely lawn area outside the house for the little one to play on. We had the pizzas on the Saturday night which made sorting out food really easy as we'd eaten out at lunchtime. Definitely worth giving them a go. The house is only a short five from Leven and Cupar were you'll find shops and restaurants. Great golf courses jearby as well. We would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Just back from a lovely 4 day break at “Rockstowe”. The house is in the perfect location, wonderful views & 5 minute walk into town. The house is lovely & there was nothing we needed that wasn’t there. A return trip is a definite.

My husband and I booked to stay while attending a family Birthday Party in the adjacent road. It was a great find and we will definitely use again. It was very welcoming and perfect being all on ground floor. Easy parking right outside. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had excellent pressure and tons of hot water. Sharon was a great host and it was lovely that the heating had come on for us as it turned very chilly the second night.
