This house is absolutely amazing! Aspirational living at its best, I set new life goals after this stay 😝 Worth every cent. The attention to detail and thought that has been applied to this home, made our stay incredible. The owners take such great care of this house. Any issue and there is a property manager 2min away. I would eat off the floors it’s so clean. You are on the water and the unobstructed view is fantastic! The open spaces and views open your mind as well. The house is immaculately clean and the relaxation spaces and room for 10+ people allows everyone to come together or find a spot and have some time. I could have stayed there a month! Flip, maybe next time I just might!

In a nutshell - spectacular! Rina is a very friendly, helpful and accommodating host. The home was super cosy and had more than I needed! There was quite frankly nothing that one would lack. As someone who cooks a lot, I had a beautiful kitchen with everything one may need and more - a wonderful area to work in. It was a peaceful, quiet environment and I felt right at home. All-in-all, an exceptional place and extremely affordable - it's quite ridiculous how well priced it is considering what you get. One of, if not the best Airbnb's I've stayed at - and would recommend to anyone visiting Potchefstroom!

Fly Fishing Paradise on the Vaal river Ronan

Splendid location if you wanted peace and tranquility on the banks of the Freestate Vaal River. It comes with a deck boasting river views and a really comfortable hot tub. The chalet was super neat and the bedding luxurious and comfortable. Martha, our hostess, took good care of our every need. The venue is pet friendly, which was a huge plus. Highly recommended. My family and I enjoyed our stay - this felt like home away from home. The pictures didn’t do it any justice, the place is more beautiful in person. A safe haven indeed, from the busyness of the city. Everything looked amazing and perfectly located. The host was easily accessible and proactive, not to mention friendly and helpful.

We decided on the honeymoon suite, and can confirm it's a wonderfully cosy log cabin for two - perfectly rustic, and peacefully quiet. It was a wonderful break away from city, with plenty natural heritage in the surrounding area. We're very grateful for our stay, and look forward to visiting again.

Great weekend, first time visiting the Vaal and could not have asked for a better location. The private place on the river made for good peaceful morning coffee and some private reading time. Absolutely amazing holiday. Will definitely be back.

Marcia was lovely to deal with and communicates well. Check in was easy and we were greeted by a lovely property manager, named Lucky. He was helpful and sported a great attitude. The property is awesome and well worth the price. Clean, beds were super comfortable and the general amenities are bountiful. Highly recommend for a large group of people. Thank you Marcia and Glen.
