This beautiful old house is a gem - it's as comfortable as your favorite pair of jeans. And the lakefront is just so special - clean, well kept, and inviting. We have been going for over 10 years and love it today as much as the first time we visited.

Frederick was responsive and helpful. The house was great. Comfortable and clean. It was the perfect house to sit around and talk with family.

Kathy did an amazing job renovating this property, and we really appreciated all of her personal and special touches, such as the handmade pottery dishes in the kitchen and decorative touches around the house. We are a very crafty family and really appreciated her artistry. It was a very comfortable stay all around, the beds were super comfortable, towels fluffy, and every kitchen amenity we could possibly need was provided. The view from the house is amazing, and it’s a great location on the lake, just a short drive from Montague. We had only wished there was a fire pit next to the house, and not just down at the lake as there were several people in our party who are not able to travel up and down the stairs due to knee issues. Also, if you are a light sleeper I would recommend the upstairs bedrooms, you can hear every footstep upstairs from the basement bedrooms. All in all, Cathy is an excellent host, the house very comfortable and convenient, and we absolutely recommend.

A wonderful lake house for my family. The house has everything you need. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking and there's lots of fun stuff for playing on the lake. Very comfortable inside and out. We had a great time!

Great little place. Thoughtful prep with all toiletries, kitchen soap, laundry soap, linens, clear instructions. Soooo clean. Four would seem like the max number for a stay unless kids are pretty little. Highly recommend!

Absolutely stunning and beautiful home! As someone who travels a lot, this home is definitely one of the best places I've stayed at.

Jacob's place was spotless and right on the water. It worked perfectly for a guys ice fishing weekend. Jacob was very responsive and the house was exactly as described. Will be looking forward to booking this house many years to come for an annual tradition.

They stay was absolutely wonderful and met all of our needs! We had 4 small kids and they LOVED running up and down the long hallway. The amount of bathrooms to room ratio was awesome. I was worried when we first showed up and the backyard was covered in goose poop to where it made it unusable. But I was glad to see the next morning there was a group of people to came to pick all of it and they returned every morning to do so. This was amazing and allowed us to utilize such an awesome feature of the home. The fence by the beach also gave us peace of mind for the kiddos. I was a little disappointed that I missed in the listing that this location only had a charcoal grill since they mentioned a gas grill on some of generic location offerings. We reached out to confirm and they promptly got back to us that they were booked or we would have been able to do borrow one, but we made the charcoal grill work. Just something to note if you stay here. Overall a great stay for a family vacation!!

Cozy airbnb right in the heart of Saugatuck. Highly recommend!

Upon arrival, there was some kind of misunderstanding with the cleaning people and it looked like our unit was not cleaned prior to arriving. We arrived pretty late but Michael responded very fast to my message and was able to get this taken care of right away for us. He was very accommodating and helpful. He sent multiple messages prior to the arrival date with helpful instructions on entering the unit and parking. The space itself was great and perfect for two people. Walking distance from the little downtown area and the river. We enjoyed our time in South Haven and would stay here again if we ever visited again!

Had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to book again in the future. The room was very clean and cozy, the communication from Sally and Becky was great and they were very accommodating! When you are in the area, do yourself a favor and stay here!

We stayed here for 34nights while I was working in the area. Great price for the space. When I had a question I had a response within minutes. They even accommodated an additional guest of mine that was added after a few weeks of checking in.

What a gem! My family of 5 stayed here mid-October, off season for South Haven. It was so peaceful and we were able to walk downtown every day. Going to the beach felt like going to the backyard, it was that close. We would have been lost without the beach amenities that were supplied, I greatly appreciated those. My kids loved the play closet. The black out curtains and sound machines in every room were also appreciated. An absolutely wonderful stay and we would come back here in a heartbeat (we could even bring friends, there are SO many beds and sleeping options!).

Great stay as usual! We’re regulars staying at Stephaney’s place and will continue to come back each year. Beautiful sunsets, picturesque and peaceful area. Nothing not to love at Stephaney’s!

Second time I have stayed with Ron and Judy. I always feel at home and so loved. They always look out for me and make sure I am ok and if I need anything. Even checked on my oil leak in my car I did not know I had. Their place is always beautiful and just like the pictures ( I think better than the pictures). You could not ask for a better host. Your Peaches will be back soon.

This was truly one of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed at. The cottage was on a nice, quiet road, and had a beautiful view of the lake. The entire cottage was pristine and built exceptionally well. The kitchen was spacious and had nice "soft-close" drawers and cabinets, a massive sink, and plenty of beautiful wood counters. We sadly didn't use the pontoon because of our time restraints, but we did walk down to it and it was also amazing. New, with nice leather seats and plenty of space for the family. We couldn't recommend this place enough. We'd happily come back again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Crystal's place. It was charming and quaint just like the photos in the listing. We enjoyed walking by the lake in the morning which is super close to the cottage. The location is close to bike trails that we enjoyed as well as downtown Grand Haven and Spring Lake. The perfect place for a Michigan Fall weekend getaway!

Nice cabin with a personality. If you can use the pontoon boat and hit the lake, this experience can be unique. Fishing is accessible off the dock, and you can easily catch some bluegills. Network access is limited but you can use the time to catch some old VHS movies. We watched Free Willy after so many years! Overall a nice stay in White Cloud.

Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Great place with a beautiful location.

This place was great. The location is literally right on the beach. The beds were very comfortable- we had 5 adults and if we had a 6th the couch would have been perfect. Our family lives in North Muskegon and we spend about two weeks in the area a year here- so this was a good find for our family. We will be back- for sure! Thank you.

The cottage was perfect for my two teens, husband and me! We loved the location just a couple minutes drive from the beach and nestled among the lovely boats in the shipyard. The drive into downtown took us right around Muskegon Lake. The house was charming and very comfortable. The deep tub was a bonus! The soft sands of Pere Marquette park were wonderful and we were lucky enough to watch (and hear the horn of) a ship coming in at sunset one evening. One day we drove 45 minutes north to Summit Park in Ludington to look for Lake Michigan rocks; it was a beautiful little area (would have loved to have tried Bortell's seafood across the road if we had been there in season!). On our last day in Muskegon we had an amazing brunch at Brunch House (and we know brunches!). We took in the tulips in Holland on our way back south. Thanks for a great weekend away! Highly recommended for a family of four.
