The Pool Pavilion is a cosy and relaxed two suites and kitchen space that overlooks a lush garden and is the ideal choice for a joyful and relaxing getaway. Appointed to a high standard with simple yet sophisticated materials, such as micro cement flooring , stucco walls and linen curtains, and decorated in soothing natural colours, it blends harmoniously with its surroundings. Large patio doors lead out onto a spacious, private garden with wood decking, a heated pool, sun loungers and table.

Stay in a unique apartment in the historic center of Lisbon. You'll be 5 minutes away from shops and restaurants, but staying in a quiet street. I value the connection to the city a local host provides. I greet most of my guests in person. If I can't be present, you'll be greeted by a close friend who is also a Lisbon native. Localizada a minutos da Autoestrada para acesso a Lisboa, Estação de Comboios Coina, Shopping, Espaços verdes e fácil acesso ao Campo de Golfe Quinta do Perú. A 2 minutos de carro tem o Supermercado Lidl, entre outros e Farmácia. A 25 minutos de carro, tem Setúbal, com acesso a Tróia por ferry boat, e praias como a da Caparica, Lagoa de Albufeira, Sesimbra e o Farol do Cabo Espichel!

WINTER MONTHS The house has central heating. A very efficient floor heating system keeps the house warm. You will not be cold, we guarantee it! Modern small house with outdoors, small pool and a 15 minute ride to the beaches. Recently renovated, a sliding door from the kitchen to the outdoor to take full advantage of the country's beautiful weather. Located near walking and bike paths of the Serra da Arrabida. Out of the ordinary. No airbnb services are allowed in our house at any time.

Golf&Beach Apartment w/ AirCo - Herdade da Aroeira

This is a one bedroom apartment on the second floor. There is no lift in the building! There is air conditioner unit in the living-room. A very nice and relaxing balcony facing a golf field surrounded with pine trees. There is also a barbecue. No wood for the fireplace and charcoal available in the apartment. Please mention you’d like the sofa bed made. It is higly advised to have a car. There is free parking in front of the building. Public transportation is very poor and difficult.
