We had a lovely stay. House was as described, clean and had all the things we needed. Would recommend to friends and family.

We booked this property to celebrate my mums 60th birthday and to say it was perfect is an understatement. We had a lovely long weekend in the hot tub with lots of BBQ’s. We also had 2 dogs and we felt so at ease that they were running around in the secure field. Will definitely be rebooking! Thanks Lucy & Co

As a family of foodies and in particular loving shellfish West mersea and the cottage were absolutely perfect for us. Our two teenagers loved the hot tub and we thoroughly enjoyed cooking good food in the small but perfectly formed kitchen and sitting in the sunshine in a very pretty deck watching the world go by. three nights was a treat, But perhaps a few extra just to make sure we could try all of the wonderful food offerings West Mersey provides . Thanks Roland for being a great host - we loved the cottage and would love to return.

The most beautiful place ever !! Hayley replied within minutes via message when I messaged her. I wish I could have stayed longer! The outside bath and the lights were my personal favourite! Every little detail such as board games and books just made it that extra special! Would highly recommend

House was really nice, the surroundings were lovely and the area was really quiet! Chloe was very accommodating when problems occurred she responded very quickly and tried to resolve them fast. Overall, quite a nice stay aside from some small issues!

We stayed in Buttercup cottage as a family of three, with our 5 month old son. It was very tastefully decorated, and was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom was spotless. We loved the cosy feel of the cottage, as well as being able to walk out the back garden into surrounding fields and the gorgeous countryside. The Crown in Hartest is a lovely pub, with fantastic food and very kind staff. Overall, a wonderful stay, thank-you Dan and Rachel!

Had a lovely stay at the weekend. was very clean and beautiful grounds. although in photos the sauna looks like its attached to the house, it isn't so that was a little disappointing, also the listing stated it was isolated, but you have a few neighbours next door and around. But we had a lovely time and would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a nice break. the playground was a good touch too, my daughter played on it constantly. host was lovely and helpful too.

Watt cottage is a beautiful little cottage which makes you feel at home. The cottage was well equipped with all the essentials needed. Samantha communicated with me when needed and responded quickly. I would definitely recommend staying at Watt cottage. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Our 2nd stay at Hannah's. Great place with plenty to do locally. Hannah is a great host and easy to communicate with. We will be back!

Lovely stay in this cosy, comfortable cottage. Perfect for four of us and a small dog. The tall ones did bang their heads but it’s unavoidable in a such a historic building. Great location and walkable to everything you could need including oysters.

Lovely little bungalow. Perfect for people who like their holidays to be simple and peaceful in beautiful surroundings. The house is compact but comfortable, and Ann gave us some good recommendations. Highly recommend!

A lovely, clean and well equipped cottage in a quiet village. David is a great host providing lots of little extras which were greatly appreciated and responded to messages very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

My family and I had a lovely stay at the Coach House. The property is beautifully designed and the decor is very stylish. The house was very clean throughout and we had everything we needed for our stay. Charlie was very quick in replying with any queries that we had throughout our stay also. We thought the paintings throughout the house were a lovely touch to the property also. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

This place is absolutely perfect for families. Paul and Jane are such lovely hosts making you feel so welcome before you've even got there. The cottage is cosy with a great size and well stocked kitchen. The play area next to the cottage was great with a play barn as well with loads of books and toys to choose from. The outdoor bath was perfect with such a beautiful view over the landscape. Paul and Jane have thought of everything to make the stay as brilliant as it can be. Honesty bar and freshly made pizza in the pizza oven if you're lucky. So much in the area to do as well, will definitely be coming back.

We had a wonderful time at Yem's cottage. The location os quiet and peaceful and only a short drive to a good pub and other amenities. The cottage really is beautiful and a home from home, packed with everything you'd need for your stay. The photos really don't do it justice! We loved having the garden; my daughter loved the space to run around and we enjoyed a few dog walks in the local area. Yem is a fantastic host who replied to messages politely and promptly, the bottle of birthday bubbles was a nice surprise on arrival. All in all our weekend was brilliant and we would absolutely stay again, thanks for having us.

We had a lovely stay at Bonnie Cottage. Jo was very responsive to messages and accommodating as we booked on the day of our stay. We really appreciated the thoughtful treats left for us grown ups and toys and chocolate left out for the little ones. The space was modern, clean and very child friendly. Only a short walk to the beach too! We would definitely return ☺️

We loved the peacefulness of Amy’s beautiful home. It was ideally situated to visit Sutton Hoo,Aldeburgh and Woodbridge.We were sad that we had to drive to Orford .We would have liked to walk and take the tiny ferry but it only runs at weekends. Everything you need for a beak away and lovely to have a wood burner already laid and a basket full of logs.
