This modern, contemporary, self contained annexe is situated on the outskirts of Wakefield city centre. A stylish property in a quiet semi rural location. Close to shops, amenities and transport links, such as bus routes into Wakefield and Leeds, as well as being close to both Wakefield Westgate and Outwood rail stations. Within close proximity of Wakefield theatre, the Hepworth Gallery, many restaurants, Pinderfields Hospital and 200 yards from the start of one of many Pennine walking trails.

Yingyangpad - wheelchair/accessible accommodation

WELCOME Built in 2019 under the guidance of a wheelchair using friend we have provided most, but not all, of the facilities to suit our less mobile visitors, although everyone is more than welcome to stay with us. It is styled around a rustic theme and is located around 5 miles (8km) from the A1 and 3 miles (5km) from the M62 motorways, with good road/rail links from 3 local stations and a bus terminus. All our guests have the full private use of the detached annexe during their stay.
