Fern Cottage is on rear of our property with private entrance as well as its own outdoor spaces which include seating, fire pit and lots of shade, front entrance has porch with swing. It is fully furnished There is an under counter fridge in the kitchen and full size fridge located outside your bedroom door in garage. Off street parking provided. NO smoking unit. No exceptions. No more than 2 pets allowed NO AGGRESSIVE PETS. There is a $25 pet fee please be courteous and pay when reserving.

2nd floor apt is isolated from the other 3 in the building & has its own 122 sf deck overlooking our beautiful valley & pond. The spacious bedroom has a king sized bed. The full bath includes a stack washer/dryer. The living room has a pull-out couch & a dining table for 4 ppl. There is also a large coffee table & 2 end tables. Just off of the living room is the full kitchen. Both the living room & the bedroom have large flat-screen tv's. The wifi gives access to all streaming channels.

We are 11 mi from Conway & it’s 3 colleges, 8 mi to Woolley Hollow St Pk, & Greenbrier is center of flea mkt/antique corridor! We have 3 beds (2 queens and 1 full) Wshr/dryr. Relax inside on the comfy sofa with Fire TV or on the back patio enjoying the quiet!

We have included enough beds and other sleeping spaces for nearly every group and our large living and dining areas are perfect to wind down after a fun day on the lake or out antiquing. Nestled within a spacious 0.8-acre lot, it features a main bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath, & a walk-in closet. The second bedroom is a modern office. The third room serves as a dedicated workout area, boasting a treadmill, exercise bike, hand weights, & a yoga mat. A twin bed was added to this room after photos were taken. A portable playpen is also available.

Legacy Acres wedding venue is 4 miles away, popular restaurants, and all 3 colleges are so close.

Close to everything best describes this location with a great covered Cabana for outdoor enjoyment. A large field and fishing pond and fire pit area for your enjoyment. Frequently getting to watch families of deer grazing out front.There it's a ring camera approx 100ft down the drive in a tree monitoring 24/7 the driveway and parking area only for all of our security.

Cozy Cabin in Conway

You'll enjoy this cozy cottage when you stay here. Bruce and Cindy built this from the ground up and have several acres of land to enjoy. On the grounds you will find semi-free-roaming chickens (don't worry, they won't bite) and a loving cat named Sunny and a little cavapoo dog named Stewby. The cabin backs up to a wooded area, so even thought you are only minutes from shopping, parks, Beaverfork Lake, and many other attractions, it feels like you are in the country.
