The Studio is in a quiet, convenient location near the bustling Farnham town centre, with its restaurants, coffee shops, castle and Maltings arts centre. It has self check-in, its own entrance, high speed broadband and is furnished to a high standard. It has off street parking and a small patio for guests with a table and chairs. Breakfast is provided and left for guests in the Studio. Farnham, 'world craft town' is a short train journey from London. There is good walking and many country pubs.

Welcome to The Annexe, our 2-level detached annexe next to our family home. It is quiet, light and spacious, suitable for both home working and relaxing. It is easy to explore Farnham and the beautiful countryside on our doorstep. Guests who stay with us attend weddings nearby, are working locally, visiting friends and family or breaking up their journey if travelling from further afield. We are very close to Frensham Ponds, Alice Holt Forest & Hankley Common. We can accommodate late bookings.

The Guest House is spacious, comfortable and has loads of amenities. It is the perfect place to have a break and unwind. Enjoy being in the heart of the stunning Surrey countryside and walk around the lakes, forests, heathlands and hills right on your doorstep. This unique, Architect designed self contained building, has a style all of its own. With an open plan kitchenette and island unit, including an oven, microwave, hob and fridge freezer, you can dine in or go out to the Market Town of Petersfield. The lounge area has a 72" TV with a full sky package and spare HDMI leads. There is a walk in shower wet room and a separate cloakroom. The bedroom is cosy, with a king size bed. There is a separate area with bunkbeds, for smaller children.

Located next to the Hampshire Arms pub and a short walk to The Plume of Feathers and Crondall Stores it offers idyllic country surroundings perfect for retreats, overnight stays and longer escapes.

A Bolthole in The Bourne - a new detached annex

Detached and self contained studio with private access and lots of parking. The Bolthole is set in a beautiful quiet location, near to very lovely Bourne Woods and walking distance to two renowned local pubs; The Spotted Cow and The Fox. A prefect hideaway to relax with lots of fab walks on our doorstep and the Georgian town of Farnham with all its amenities is just a 20 minute walk . The train station is a 20 min walk with direct trains to Waterloo.

14th Century Dairy

Nestled in the Surrey Hills, The Dairy is a self contained, self catering, 2 bedroom (with optional extra 3rd bedroom at additional charge) attached cottage. Set in the 14th century Manor grounds, The Dairy is cosy and retains the character of its past with exposed wood beams and stone walls. Enjoy the sounds of sheep grazing in the field, lunch at one of three local pubs and a plethora of fabulous country walks and biking trails on your doorstep.
