Woodward Home Near Crystal Beach Water Park!

The home was very clean, and perfect for our family trip. We came for a golf tournament and it was a short 10 minute or less drive. There are plenty of restaurants and other things close by. We would definitely stay at this home next time we come to Woodward.

All and all it was a pretty good stay, only notable things were the fire alarm had low batteries so it was beeping the whole time, and we were there for a week but were not informed of the trash day so we missed it, lastly we were only provided with one roll of toilet paper. However everything else was very nice! The covered driveway was nice for the rain, we didn’t have any problem issues with the tvs, and the communication was very nice! Overall any negatives were small and nothing really to worry about!

After Dune Delight - Ride Straight to the Dunes!

The house was clean with NO smells, fresh linens, and everything matched the photos. The outdoor space was great, fitting 3 trailers, 3 trucks, and ATVs. The fenced-in backyard was perfect for the two dogs. It's near train tracks, so you can hear trains, but using a fan on the second night helped drown out the noise. Despite the house being small, the space was well-utilized. Overall, a great stay, and would return.

Enjoyed the stay. Was gone prior to dawn and returned late in the evening. Quiet (except for the 50 mph winds!!) and slept really well. The mattress in the master bedroom was perfect! Look forward to staying there the next time we are in town. Would highly recommend Kathy’s place. Scott M.

Check in was nice and easy. Had a very informative binder with tons of information and local things to do. Also located just a short drive to the dunes.

We had a wonderful stay. Every time you turn around you find something cool that you hadn't seen before. Perfect for a family or a group of people. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Woodward.

Everything was perfect during our stay, and the apartment was just as listed. Jackie was very kind throughout and even informed us about an issue with the oven before our stay, allowing us to move into another apartment if we desired. Overall, it was a 10/10 stay!
