Spend your vacation in Sønderho - Denmark's Most Beautiful Village in 2011. Beautiful and charming fanøhaus, carefully restored in 2011, with emphasis given to the conservation of the old fanø style with small windows with its distinctive color. The house is bright and beautiful with accommodation for 6 people. The interior is a tasteful mix of old and new. Situated on 2500 m2 of heather-clad area, about 1 km. from Sønderho city center The house has 6 beds, beautiful new kitchen with dishwasher, a large oven and induction. You will find a comfortable spacious terrace, with good shelter from the east and west winds. The property stands in the wild and there is by nature plenty of heather and pine trees. The house is 110 m2, is thatched roofed and is painted in the old style over the small windows in black, white and green - symbolizing sadness, joy and hope. Over the entrance door there's a hatch, a "arkengaf", which was once the entrance to the attic where they kept hay, heather, and others like that stored. On the ground floor, you will find the entrance hall, a spacious living room with large corner couch, and a dining area with an old long table with a stroke bench and 4 beautiful decorated chairs. Kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher and a fridge with small freezer compartment. Bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed and a rear entrance with washer and dryer. On the first floor are two bedrooms. One with double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a small toilet. The living room has flat screen TV. The house is equipped with a power-saving and energy efficient heat pump / air conditioner, to heat up the house, it has a fireplace (stove) and electric radiators as well. The heat pump is environmentally friendly and very energy efficient. This means that the house energy cost is very low in cold periods, and makes an ideal holiday home in the winter. The heat pump can be used as air conditioning in the summer time. Large wooden terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue.

Velkommen indenfor Med sin hyggelige atmosfære og fornuftig planløsning kan en børnefamilie på fire personer fint være her, og huset vil også passe godt til en parferie. Hvis du mest er i humør til at flade ud en hel dag med krydsogtværser, brætspil og hyggesnak, er det skønt at holde til i stuen, der er udstyret med brændeovn, hvis det er lidt køligt i vejret. Bliver du sulten, kan du trylle noget hurtigt frem i det åbne køkken – og du kan selvfølgelig også bruge lang tid på at kræse om maden.

Downstairs is the kitchen and living room, behind the house is a private courtyard and in front the possibility to sit outside. Upper floor has a bathroom, bunk room and bedroom with double bed. Access to shared laundry. Mini golf, tennis and golf close by. 100% pet-free as the owner has allergies.

Huset er nyrenoveret fremstår med hyggelig og varm indretning, der får dig til at slappe af. Fra sofaen er der udsigt til klitter, natur og rigt dyreliv, hvor kaniner og rådyr kommer helt op til terrassen. Huset er opvarmet med varmepumpe, og der er gulvvarme på badeværelset. Huset er godt indrettet med central stue og køkken/alrum samt 2 værelser med 140x200 cm senge.

Beautiful location, idyllic holiday home in the dunes where you can really feel the calm descend. You are in the middle of nature and can enjoy wildlife up close. If you fancy a trip to the beach, it's just a 500 meter walk. The house inside is tastefully decorated and exudes cosiness. You can warm yourself by the wood-burning stove, throw a record on the record player and just relax. We love this little gem and hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Best regards, Mette and Ole

Købmand, restaurant, mini golf, legeplads, fiskesø samt rig mulighed for gå/løbe og cykelture ture. Huset har varmepumpe,brændeovn, opvaskemaskine, kabel-tv, wi-fi. Huset er rent og pænt. Forbrug af El og vand afregnes efter endt ophold. Rengøring kan man gøre selv og efterlade huset som modtaget eller tilkøbe til 750kr.

Beds 2x 80x200, 1x 140x200 and 1x 160x200 respectively. Cable TV, Chromecast, various streaming services, Sonos, PS4 and Wii, 100mbit free Wi-Fi. Byhus midt i Ribe med 100 m til Domkirken. Boligen har 2 gode soveværelser, køkken med spiseplads, stor hyggelig stue. Derudover badeværelse på 1. sal og toilet i stueplan. Huset har stor dejlig sydvendt lukket gårdhave, hvor man kan nyde solen hele dagen. Der kan parkeres på gaden tæt på huset to timer gratis mellem 10-18 på hverdage og lørdag mellem 10-14. Ellers er der gratis parkering hele døgnet ca fem minutters gang fra huset
