Veggene er tømmerstokker, og alle gulv er heltre furu gulv med varmekabler. Du kan parkere flere biler gratis på eiendommen og i garasje, og du vil kunne nyte nydelig utsikt over den flotte naturen. Bergen ligger kun 25 minutter unna. Det er 5 senger og en sovesofa i huset. En opplevelse!

Welcome to the historic Bergen house, dating back to around 1780, located in the charming Sandviken area just a stone's throw from the bustling city center among local residents. You'll have the entire house to yourself, complete with a cozy outdoor terrace. The property is secluded from street noise, tucked away in a small alley. Its convenient location offers easy access to supermarkets, a bus stop, hiking trails, and city bike parking. Additionally, you can find paid street parking nearby.

KG14-16 is a stunning historic penthouse property in the absolute hearth of Bergen City, overlooking the beautiful "Lille Lungegaardsvann". From the house is a magnificent view of two of the most beautiful mountains surrounding the city of Bergen. The view extends over two lakes. The lakes have paths, cozy beaches, docks and grill areas. Take out our canoe or try your luck fishing! Designed by a famous local architect with a focus on bringing the wild Norwegian nature back into our modern lives.

Seafront retreat - pier, boatrental & fishing camp

You will have full access to the whole downstairs apartment of 125m2 in total. 3 bedrooms and a large living room stands at your disposal. Outside you have your own private backyard with lots of outdoor games. From the pier you can fish, rent boat or swim. There is a 98l freezer box where you can store the fish you catch or any other food. Through our boat rental company, we are a lisenced fish camp. This means you can export up to 18kg of fish per fisherman with you out of Norway.

Willkommen in Villa Mini am See! Wandern, fischen, baden, rudern... Mit dem Auto nach Bergen 30 Min., Bus fährt 1 km Fussweg vom Haus. Stille Lage. Ich spreche Deutsch, Englisch und Norwegisch. Welcome in my hut by the lake :-) Here you can enjoy the peace of nature, go fishing, hiking, sit on the terasse or simply read a book. Bergen is 30 min drive by car, bus availabe 1 km walk from the house. I speak English, German and Norwegian.

Det er et åpent rom med bad og hems/soverom. Huset er del av et tun med skjermet uteplass.

Charming and comfortable place to overnight or stay. 1 bedroom for 3 person and coach for 2 person in living room. There are beautiful nature around here, fjord and mountain view, beach with little boat, sauna and grill on the terrace. 35 minutes to Bergen and lot of hiking possibilities near by. We love pets and we have 2 little dogs.
